Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molded article of a complicated shape by uniformly adding water to a salt having a specific particle diameter to give the salt having a specific water content and pressing the salt in the cold under isotropic pressure. SOLUTION: A fixed amount of water is uniformly added to a salt having 0.05-0.5mm particle diameter to prepare a salt having 0.2-3.0wt.% water content. Then the prepared salt is put in a rubber press mold. The mold is closed with a rubber stopper, put in a vinyl bag, is gradually decompressed by a using a vacuum sealing machine to seal the rubber press mold. The rubber press mold is put in a bucket and pressed in the cold under 700-4,000kg/cm<2> molding pressure to compress and solidify the salt. The molded article is taken out from the rubber press mold to give the objective molded article excellent in appearance free from discoloration.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in dishes that are served in restaurants and the like, the dishes and decorations on which grilled fish is served mainly consist of salt when the cook prepares it, mix egg white into it, and mold it into the desired shape. It was formed by drying. Depending on the skill of the chef, this kind of molded product can be tasteful, can be harmonious with fish, can be tastefully arranged, and it can lead to improved taste, which is troublesome and troublesome. Was also heavily used. However, such a hand-made salt molded product has a problem that it absorbs moisture and softens to easily lose its shape or break during the rainy season with high humidity.
I couldn't use this method throughout the year. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-164414 is known as a salt molded product that does not easily lose its shape.
We added about 5 to 10 wt% of water in addition to the raw salt at about wt%, but here we added bittern and gypsum as part of the solidifying agent, so we added the brownish brown coloration and molding peculiar to bittern. Water leakage from the product was unavoidable.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Furthermore, Kaikaihei 1-129236
It is also known to mix salt with wheat flour, potato starch, and egg white to form a salt-molded product, but at least 150
A heat and pressure resistant device for firing above ℃ was also required, and the energy loss was too large to make a single-use disposable salt molded product. Further, a method has also been proposed in which a salt having a particle size of 300 μm or less and a water content of 1% or less is placed in a molding frame and molded (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-321531).
It retains whiteness, is hard to crack, does not lose its shape, and has sufficient strength for the molded product, but since it is necessary to use a fixed pressure resistant molding frame, it is not easy to mold complicated shapes and mass production is not possible. Even if it was suitable, there was a problem in making salt-molded products with an individual taste. As described above, it was not possible to easily obtain a molded product having a delicate shape as in the present invention by any of the conventional methods.

The present inventors have found that the particle size of 0.05
~ 0.5 mm salt was adjusted to a water content of 0.2 ~ 3.0 wt% and filled in a lapper press type, and pressed and solidified at a pressure of 700 ~ 4000 kg / cm 2 using the so-called CIP method, that is, a cold isostatic pressing method. By molding with no coloring, complicated shape,
Moreover, they have found that it is possible to easily mold a salt molded product having a smooth-looking surface.

According to the molding of the salt molded product of the present invention, since the salt which is the main raw material itself is white and there is no need to add a coloring substance such as bittern, it is possible to use a rubber press mold without coloring. Since it is CIP molded, it is possible to make a salt-molded product with a variety of complicated and elegant shapes. Further, in the present invention, when molding by the CIP method, the molding pressure is 7
The range of 00 to 4000 Kg / cm 2 is to make it possible to sufficiently cope with a wide range of changes in the particle size of the salt within this range. Further, according to the molding means of the present invention, the salt of the main raw material, appropriately,
It is also possible to mix and mold colored powder, fragrance, etc., and the molding method is extremely applicable.

[Example] 220 g of salt was placed in a large rubber press mold, and the raw material inlet was stopped using a rubber stopper. Put the rubber mold in a vinyl bag and slowly reduce the pressure to a vacuum using a vacuum sealing machine to seal the rubber press mold. Then, the sealed rubber press die is put into a bucket, and after the cold isostatic pressing is completed, the molded body is released from the rubber pre-press die. Tables 1 to 3 show the test results obtained by changing the water content and the molding pressure according to the particle size of the raw material salt used at this time.

According to the present invention, the rubber press mold used for pressing is made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber, and can be easily and economically manufactured by molding a rubber material. Further, since the rubber press mold is reusable, according to the manufacturing method of the present invention, it is suitable for both small-quantity and large-quantity large-scale production of salt molded products. Further, according to the method of the present invention, it is possible to easily obtain various kinds of molded molded salt dolls having a unique taste of salt that does not easily collapse in a high humidity atmosphere. Furthermore, the surface of the obtained salt-molded product is glossy, and since a rubber press mold is used, it becomes possible to easily mold a molded product having a complicated shape as compared with the use of a fixed mold.
