With the mold 16 and the movable mold 18 closed, a molten resin is injected from the injection molding machine into the formed cavity 26. The injected molten resin is applied to the gate 2 as shown in FIG.
7 is introduced into the cavity 26a of the connecting portion 8, and the two side plate portions 6, while expelling the air in the cavity 26,
7 are distributed to the cavities 26b and 26c and are made to flow toward the lower ends of the cavities 26b and 26c of the side plate portions 6 and 7. Then, the resin shutter 3 having a U-shaped cross section is molded by cooling and hardening the molten resin in a state where the cavity 26 is completely filled.

ある。By the way, since the side plate portions 6 and 7 are extremely thin with a wall thickness of 0.35 to 0.38 mm, the cavity 26b of the side plate portions 6 and 7,
An extremely high injection pressure is required in order to reach the lower end of 26c with the molten resin. Therefore, in order to form the pair of side plate portions 6 and 7 into a uniform wall thickness, the melt is injected from the gate 27 into the cavity 26a of the connecting portion 8 and distributed to the cavities 26b and 26c of the side plate portions 6 and 7. It is necessary to set the resin flow rate balance evenly.

合がある。That is, unless the molten resin is made to flow into the cavities 26b and 26c of the two side plate portions 6 and 7 at the same time and at an equal flow rate, the resin pressures in the cavities 26b and 26c will be different. Upper end surface 20a
It is conceivable that the flat plate-shaped core mold 20, which is erected as a free end, is deformed by the pressure difference between the cavities 26b and 26c of the side plate portions 6 and 7. As a result, the cavities 26b (26) of the side plate portions 6 and 7 on the high resin pressure side are
There is an inconvenience that a large amount of molten resin flows into the inside of c), and the side plate portion 6 (7) on one side is formed thick.

ある。In particular, in the resin shutter 3, since the small windows 11 and 12 for molding the sliding projections are provided only on one side plate portion 6, both side plate portions 6 and 7 are formed.
There is an area difference between them. Therefore, it is difficult to balance the flow rate of the molten resin to the cavities 26b and 26c only by forming the designed thickness of the cavities 26b and 26c of the both side plate portions 6 and 7 uniformly. Therefore, the molten resin injected from the gate 27 into the cavity 26a of the connecting portion 8 is adjusted by some other method so as to flow into the cavities 26b and 26c of the two side plate portions 6 and 7 simultaneously and at a uniform flow rate. There is a need to.

The small window forming portion 22c is a portion of the slide mold 22 that forms the small windows 11 and 12 shown in FIG. 5, and is brought into contact with the core mold 20 across the cavity 26b of the side plate portion 6 shown in FIG. ing. Therefore, when the small window forming portion 22c is replaced and the width dimension thereof is increased or decreased, the core mold 20 approaches the cavity 26b side of one side plate portion 6 or the cavity 26c side of the other side plate portion 7. As a result, the cavity 26b of the side plate portion 6 (7) on one side formed between the core die 20 and the core die 20 is formed.
Since the cross-sectional area of (26c) can be increased or decreased, the flow rate balance of the molten resin to the cavities 26b and 26c of the side plate portions 6 and 7 can be adjusted.
