The filling device has a plurality of lower funnels corresponding to a single upper funnel, and has a structure in which the lower funnel containing the articles to be packaged in the middle of filling is moved together with the rotation path of the packaging bag. By doing so, it has an excellent function that the filling time can be increased more and the filling operation can be performed smoothly and quickly.

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 多数のグリップ対を放射方向に設けた回
転体を複数個のステーション毎に間欠停止して移動さ
せ、前記グリップ対により吊り下げ状に支持された包装
袋に計量された被包装物を充填するように構成されたロ
ータリー方式の包装機の充填装置において、機台上に立
設されたスタンドに回転自由に支持された縦軸に回転板
を固定して設け、該回転板をモータ装置又はインデック
ス機構を備えた駆動装置の駆動により前記回転体と同期
して間欠回転移動するように設け、該回転板上に水平で
放射方向に進退可能に設けた複数個のスライダーを配置
し、該スライダーに下部漏斗を上下方向に移動させる第
1駆動手段を取り付け、前記スタンドに固定したカムの
環形溝に遊嵌されるローラーを前記スライダー側に回転
自由に設け、前方の充填ステーションに、計量された被
包装物を投入するための上部漏斗を第2駆動手段により
上下動可能に設け、前方の充填ステーションにおいて前
記下部漏斗を第1駆動手段により下降させて包装袋内に
挿入し、かつ前記上部漏斗を第2駆動手段により下降さ
せて該下部漏斗の上口に合致させてから被包装物を下部
漏斗内に放出させ、該下部漏斗を前記モーター装置又は
インデックス機構を備えた駆動装置により前記グリップ
対の回転軌道に沿わせて後方の充填ステーションまで移
動させた後、その後方の充填ステーションにおいて該下
部漏斗を第1駆動手段により上昇させて包装袋から脱出
させるように構成したことを特徴とする包装機の充填装
置。
1. A rotating body provided with a large number of grip pairs in a radial direction is intermittently stopped and moved at each of a plurality of stations, and a packaged object weighed in a packaging bag suspended and supported by the grip pairs. In a filling device of a rotary type packaging machine configured to fill an object, a rotating plate is fixedly provided on a vertical axis rotatably supported on a stand erected on a machine stand, and the rotating plate is provided. A plurality of sliders provided so as to be intermittently rotated in synchronization with the rotating body by driving a motor device or a driving device having an index mechanism, and provided horizontally and reciprocally in a radial direction on the rotating plate. A first driving means for vertically moving the lower funnel is attached to the slider, and a roller loosely fitted in an annular groove of a cam fixed to the stand is provided on the slider side so as to be freely rotatable. At the filling station, an upper funnel for charging the weighed material to be packaged is provided so as to be vertically movable by a second driving means, and at the front filling station, the lower funnel is lowered by the first driving means to enter the packaging bag. After inserting and lowering the upper funnel by the second driving means so as to coincide with the upper opening of the lower funnel, the packaged object is discharged into the lower funnel, and the lower funnel is provided with the motor device or the index mechanism. The lower funnel is moved up by the first driving means to escape from the packaging bag at the rear filling station after moving the lower funnel along the rotation path of the grip pair by the driving device.
