Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ashtray which is especially suitable for use in a game house such as a Pachinko hall, set on a table, a counter, a dado, or the like, has a large capacity, and can be set on each game machine without narrowing the inside of the game house and disturbing games. SOLUTION: This ashtray has a flat receiving face 5, an abutting part 7 with low height erected on only one side of the receiving face 5, and an ash receiving box 3 positioned at underside of the receiving face 5. The ash receiving box 3 has a side view shape that the lower part in the abutting part side is cut off. This ashtray is mounted on a flat plate member in a condition that the receiving face 5 is attached to the back face of a plate member of a table, a counter, or the like and the abutting part 7 abuts on the front edge of the plate member. By enlarging the vertical dimension of the ash receiving box 3, a large capacity ashtray with narrow width is obtained. By forming the ash receiving box 3 into the side view shape that the front lower part is cut off, the leg of a player is prevented from colliding with the ashtray.
