There are drawbacks such as the tinsel wire 2w hitting the back surface of the diaphragm or the front surface of the damper and generating an abnormal sound. Also, in recent years, thinner in-vehicle speakers have been required, but the conventional cord-like tinsel wire 2w
A speaker using the above is structurally disadvantageous for thinning, and has a drawback that the wiring structure becomes complicated.

The thread is sewn in parallel with two threads at positions arbitrarily distributed from the center line of the cutting width of, and the base cloth in this state is hot-press molded to form a concentric corrugation 11. The flat knitted tinsel wire 2 is mounted along the corrugation 11, and after this molding, unnecessary portions are removed by a punch press, the outer shape is adjusted, and the conductive damper 1 (hereinafter referred to as a sewn conductive damper 1h) is formed. .)

The flat knitting silk wire 2 extending over the portion is also cut and distributed two by two from the inner peripheral portion 13, for a total of four flat knitting yarn wires 2.
1, 22, 23, and 24 are arranged in parallel. The flat braided tinsel wires 21 and 22 extending to the tongue-shaped convex portion 14 shown in FIG. 10 are used for input, and the flat braided tinsel wire on the opposite side is used. Reference numerals 23 and 24 function as balancers for balancing the compliance of the sewing conductive damper 1h.

A strip-shaped copper foil having a long side and a short side of a predetermined dimension is provided at a predetermined position on the outer peripheral portion of the coil bobbin 51, that is, at a position corresponding to the flat knitting tinsel wire 2 (for input) provided on the sewing conductive damper 1h. The end of the coil wire is connected and wired to the lower end of the copper foil, and the copper foil serves as an input electrode (hereinafter, referred to as a copper foil electrode 52). Reference numeral 52 denotes a structure in which a part of the surface is exposed from the reinforcing paper square hole. The actual copper foil electrode 52 has a size indicated by a broken line in the figure.

When the voice signal is applied to the voice coil 5 in such a state as to be inclined with respect to the gap G, the voice coil 5 causes an amplitude motion while being inclined with respect to the magnetic gap G, and the voice coil 5 Contacts the magnetic gap G and generates an abnormal sound.

The mounting method is the same as that of the conventional speaker assembly. After applying a predetermined amount of adhesive to a predetermined position (damper seat) of the speaker frame, the voice coil 5 mounted on the assembly ring 7 is inserted into the magnetic gap G together with the spacer Sp. Then, as shown in FIG. 13, the terminal ring 3 of the assembly ring 7 is adhered to the frame damper seat, and the connection wiring between the voice coil 5 and the input terminal 4 has already been completed. And complete as a speaker.

As shown in FIG. 3, the connection wiring lugs La, L provided at the tip of the input lead wire L are provided.
There is no change in the wiring operation when connecting and wiring the terminal lugs 4a and 4b to the input terminal lugs 4a and 4b, and the conventional wiring operation can be performed smoothly.

In other words, in the configuration of the conductive damper, two flat braided tinsel wires 2 are sewn in parallel, so as the diameter of the voice coil 5 becomes smaller, two flat braided tinsel wires 2 are sewn in parallel. It becomes difficult. For example, the standard sewing needle pitch of the sewing machine to be sewn is about 22 mm at present, and if the needle pitch is smaller than this size, a custom-ordered machine must be used. Installing equipment is uneconomical.

Thus, if the opposite flat knitting tint wire 2 is made to function as one signal input line, only one flat knitting tint wire 2 to be sewn is required.

One wire is sufficient, and if the number of the flat braided kinshi wires 2 occupying a large proportion of the material cost is reduced to one, it is extremely effective for cost reduction. We have already proposed a type in which a single flat knitting wire 2 is arranged and mounted substantially on the center line of the damper.

As a first example, a phenol-impregnated woven cloth is cut to a predetermined width to obtain a base cloth for the conductive damper 1. By sewing the flat knitting tint wire 2 on the center line of the base cloth cutting width with a thread, and forming the concentric corrugation 11 by hot pressing the woven fabric with the flat knitting tint wire 2, The flat knitting wire 2 is corrugated 11 on the center line of the damper.
It is mounted so that it conforms to, and the unnecessary shape is removed by a punch press to adjust the external shape. In this case, as shown in FIG. 15, two tongue-shaped convex portions 14a are provided on the outer peripheral portion on the center line.
14b, and a sewn conductive damper 1h in which the flat knitted tinsel wire 2 extends over the projections 14a, 14b is obtained.

Are arranged on the center line of the damper. Therefore,
The difference from the conventional sewn conductive damper 1h in which two flat braided tinsel wires 2 are arranged in parallel is that one flat braided tinsel wire 21 is used for input on the plus side and the other flat braided tinsel wire 22 is used for input on the minus side. In addition, since they are arranged on the center line, they also serve as a balancer for balancing the compliance of the conductive sewing damper 1h.

Comparing the wiring work to connect to the positions a and 4b, the wiring work for the narrow lugs is completed in almost one operation,
In the case of a wide interval lug, a switching operation of the connection wiring lugs La and Lb provided at the end of the input lead wire L and other auxiliary operations are added, so that two or more operations are required, which is inevitable. There is a problem that man-hours increase and workability deteriorates.

They are arranged at appropriate intervals, and require only one flat braided tinsel wire. Therefore, the connection wiring work between the input terminal lug and the connection wiring lug provided at the end of the input lead wire can be performed smoothly because there is no change from the conventional one, and the number of work steps is not increased.
