Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and efficiently install a panel to a building structural member such as a floor framing and a wall framing, and also without fail of driving nails. SOLUTION: In a heat insulating panel, a wooden frame and an insulator are integrated. In that case, nail or screw holes 20 for fixing a panel 11 to a building structural member are previously, and appropriately bored; while on the other hand, the nail hole 20 is set to a diameter and to a prescribed depth from the surface of the panel so that the head of the nail can be plunged, and seals are provided to the respective nail holes 20. Screw driving positions can be known from the seals. By inspecting the seals, the failure of driving nails can be discovered at a glance. If a plurality of nail holes 20 are provided to one nailing position as in the positions A to C, even if the panel is cut off at a site, the panel can be fixed by using any of nail holes. The seal is made up of, for instance, sponge piece, adhesive sheet piece, or the like.

2. Description of the Related Art Recently, various panel materials have been proposed in which a wood frame and a heat insulating material are integrated and a wall surface or a floor surface can be easily constructed. For example, the construction panel of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 59-109826 has a plywood 2 on both sides of a heat insulating plate 1 as shown in FIG.
And reinforcing members 3 are provided at appropriate intervals between the plywoods 2. In Japanese Patent Publication No. 5-38101, the floor, wall, and ceiling of a building are formed by panels 7 and the like integrally provided with a heat insulating material, as shown in FIG. 11, and the panels 7 are provided in timber frames 8a to 8g. A foamed urethane resin is injected and filled, and a heat insulating material 9 is integrally formed in the panel. As shown in FIG. 3B, the panels 7 are laid on a base 10 to form a floor surface.

However, such a conventional panel material has a problem that workability is poor when the panel is fixed to a building structural material such as a floor or a wall.
For example, when a floor is formed by using the panel disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 59-109826, the panel 1 is placed on a large pulley 5 as shown in FIG. The panel is fixed by hitting a nail 6 up to a pullout 5.

However, after laying the panels,
Since the floor framing is hidden under the panel and cannot be seen, when fixing the panel (especially fixing it to the floor framing passing through the middle part of the panel), check the nailing position by measuring the nails from the pillars and panel edges one by one. It was time consuming. Moreover, a frame material to be nailed (reinforcing material 4 in FIG. 10, FIG. 11)
Wood frames 8a-d, 8g) have a limited width,
It was not always easy to nail the structure material straight through the panel, which may exceed 10 cm in thickness, and it was a complicated operation.

[0005] Further, usually about ten nails are required for fixing each panel, and several hundred nails are required for the whole building (total of all panels). There was something to do. For this reason, there is a possibility that not only the problem of mere work efficiency but also the desired construction quality (fixed strength of the panel) cannot be obtained.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above-mentioned objects and to solve the problems, a heat insulating panel according to the present invention is a heat insulating panel obtained by integrating a wood frame and a heat insulating material.
While nail holes for fixing the panel to the building structural material are appropriately formed in advance, the nail holes are set to have a diameter that allows the nail head to be immersed and a predetermined depth from the surface of the panel. A sealing seal was provided in the nail hole. In some cases, a plurality of nail holes are provided at one nailing location.

In the heat insulating panel according to the present invention, it is necessary to fix the panel to a building structural material (for example, a floor frame such as a base, a large pulley, a column, a stud, a body gap, a wall frame such as an eaves girder). Nail holes (screw holes) are drilled in advance at predetermined positions on the panel. The dimension of the nail hole is set to a diameter dimension that allows the nail head to be immersed and a predetermined depth dimension from the panel surface (for example, about half of the panel thickness).

Therefore, according to the present panel, the nail holes serve as a guide so that nails (screw) for fixing the panel can be driven straight into the building structural material. Further, it is not necessary to penetrate the nail through the entire thickness of the panel, and it is only necessary to penetrate from the bottom of the nail hole to the rear surface of the panel, so that the labor for hitting the nail is reduced and the time is shortened. Note that a nail hole may be provided continuously to the back surface of the panel following the nail hole. This is because nailing can be performed more easily and accurately (straightly). However, the diameter of the nail hole up to the rear surface of the panel is, of course, smaller than that of the nail hole provided from the surface of the panel so that the nail head does not sink.

On the other hand, a hermetic seal is provided in the nail hole.
The hermetic seal functions as a marker that indicates to the operator the position at which the nail should be nailed (the nail hole position) when fixing the panel, and that the operator can, at a glance, forget to nail the nail after the operation is completed. . This is because the fact that the hermetic seal still remains after the completion of the operation indicates that no nail is driven into the nail hole.
Therefore, according to this panel, while nails can be driven into the sealing position and the panel can be fixed efficiently, by checking the presence or absence of the seal after the work is completed, it is possible to prevent forgetting to nail and securely install the panel. It becomes possible.

[0011] The hermetic seal is, for example, a sponge piece, a resin piece,
It can be composed of an adhesive paper piece or the like, and the material and shape are not particularly limited. However, from the viewpoint of working efficiency, it is desirable to use a material (for example, a piece of sponge, a piece of adhesive paper, or the like) that allows the screw to be driven into the nail hole without removing the seal one by one.

On the upper surface side of the panel, nail holes 20 for fixing the panel to a building structural material (this panel is a floor panel, and a floor assembly such as a base or a large scale) are formed in a suitable number. is there. These nail holes 20 have a diameter d that allows the nail head (the head of the screw 35) to be immersed as shown in an enlarged manner in FIGS.
And a depth h of about half of the panel thickness H, and the sponge pieces 21 and the like are packed to close the hole entrance. Each nail hole 20 is provided at the position where the wood frame (frame members 14a to 14d, partition plate 15) is disposed, as is clear from FIG. In this panel, a plurality of nail holes 20 are provided for one nailing location (two at the upper left corner A and two at the upper right corner B in FIG. 2 and three at the upper middle part C). This is because, as will be described later, for example, even when the panel is cut off at a portion corresponding to a pillar, the panel can be easily fixed using any one of the nail holes at the one nailing location. .

FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a construction example of the floor panel 11. As shown in the figure, this panel is laid on the base 31 and the pulley 32, and as shown in FIG.
Is fixed to the floor assembly 31 (32) by a screw 35 screwed from above. In this fixing operation, the position where the nail is to be nailed can be easily known by the hermetic seal (sponge piece 21), so that the operation can be performed efficiently. The nail hole 20 guides the screw 35, and the screw can be driven straight into the floor assembly 31 (32). Further, it is not necessary to penetrate the screw 35 over the entire thickness of the panel, and it is sufficient to penetrate from the bottom of the nail hole 20 to the lower surface of the panel. The panel can be fixed in a short time. The sponge piece 21 may be removed by pinching the screw with a finger, or the screw may be screwed as it is pushed into the nail hole 20. On the other hand, after the work is completed, by checking the presence or absence of the sponge 21, it is possible to discover at a glance that the screw was forgotten. The fact that the sponge still remains after the work is completed indicates that no screw has been driven into the nail hole.

In addition, even when the panel is hung on a pillar or the like, the panel can be appropriately cut out to form a floor surface. For example, when the corner of the panel hits a pillar, the portion D is cut out as shown in FIG. 6 and the panel can be fixed by using another nail hole 20b. In addition, even when the pillar hits the middle portion of the panel, the panel can be cut out and the panel 11 can be fixed using the other nail holes 20d and 20e as shown by reference numeral E in the figure.
