【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 転写紙を転写部で転写した後、そのまま
静電吸着させて定着、排紙部へ搬送する転写搬送ベルト
のクリーニング装置において、上記転写搬送ベルトの上
記転写部から上記定着、排紙部への搬送方向に沿って上
記転写部の下流側でかつクリーニングブレードの上流側
に、スポンジローラを回転可能にかつ上記転写搬送ベル
トの表面に摺接させて配し、上記クリーニングブレード
のエッジからの紙粉除去のための上記転写搬送ベルトの
逆転駆動動作時に、上記スポンジローラを上記転写搬送
ベルトに連動させることを特徴とする転写搬送ベルトの
クリーニング装置。
