Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture electrode terminals for electrolytic capacitor with good efficiency and without producing defectives, and to increase productivity. SOLUTION: Cp lines of leads 1 are supplied to a tape base 2. The leads 1 are adhered to the tape base by an adhesive tape 3 and are cut by a cutter 4 in a specified length and in a shape suitable for welding. The operations are repeated to set pieces of line in parallel and with a space (lead supplying process). Then, cut ends of the leads 1 continuously transferred are supplied with A1 lines of tabs 10, are cut in a specified length and are made contact with the end of the lead and integrated by welding by a welding device (tab supplying and joining process B). The tabs 10 transferred by running of the tape base 2 are rolled and formed in a flat-shaped part 20 by a punch (press process C). After that, periphery of the flat-shaped part 20 is removed by a cutter (cut process D). Then, burrs on the cut part of the flat-shaped part including the tabs 10 are removed (trimming process E). The electrode terminals 11 treated in this way are wound continuously as a chain of electrode terminals being taped on the tape base 2 around a reel and are treated at washing process F and chemical process G.

According to this conventional method, in assembling an electrode terminal of an aluminum electrolytic capacitor, a lead wire after welding, pressing, washing, and forming is supplied by a parts feeder, a straight feeder, or the like. No tsuya,
The lead wire is supplied by welding, pressing, washing, forming and taping after forming because the lead wire is often dropped or the lead wires are rubbed and contaminated. However, in this method, taping is performed after cleaning and chemical formation, so workability is poor, the number of processes increases, cost increases, and economic loss occurs. In addition, mechanical equipment for transferring processes of materials during welding and pressing is also required. It becomes complicated, and even in the cleaning and chemical conversion processes, a canning process for lead wires for cleaning and chemical conversion is required,
Also in terms of quality, the press cut direction of the lead wire and the tab flat part is not constant, and there is a defect that the Al foil breaks during the caulking process at the time of assembling the capacitor, resulting in a defective product. Inevitably, there is a problem that the operation is complicated and the operation rate and the yield are reduced. The present invention is intended to eliminate these conventional disadvantages, and eliminates the occurrence of defective products by using a tape base as a material transfer jig, enables efficient production, greatly improves workability, and simplifies manufacturing equipment. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing an electrode terminal for an electrolytic capacitor which is economical and possible.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In the method of the present invention, a Cp wire is fed into a tape base moving intermittently in a lead wire supplying step at a fixed size by a feed clamp, and is adhered and fixed with an adhesive tape using a Cp guide. The cutter is cut into a shape in which arc is easily generated, for example, a shape having a tapered tip. Then, in the tab supply connection step, an Al wire is inserted at a predetermined position into a fixed-size feeding chuck by a feeding clamp with respect to a Cp line sequentially sent on a tape base, and when the chuck grips the Al wire, a half-die is formed. Raised the Al wire,
After the wire nozzle goes down and cuts the Al wire, the Cp wire is clamped and fixed by the clamper, and when the Al wire is applied by the welding means while approaching the Cp wire, the arc jumps and the welded surface is welded and welded. Then, the Cp wire and the Al wire are butt-welded with the molten metal. Next, the Al wire sent by the tape base is converted into C in the press cutting process.
Hold it with a p-clamper, press the tip of the Al wire with a rolling punch to form a flat part, and cut the rolling part of the flat part, or perform this pressing and cutting at the same time for a certain amount. Dimensions. Furthermore, the tape base is wound on a reel through a trimming process of pressing the punched part of the flat part with the lead wire that is attached and transferred to the tape base again, and shaping the burr generation part,
By performing the cleaning step and the chemical conversion step, the aluminum electrode terminal with the lead wire can be efficiently produced, and the operation rate and the yield can be greatly improved without material loss.

Although the tape base 2 is made of a non-conductive material such as paper or resin, a metal tape can be used if necessary. When the lead wires 1 are attached to the tape base 2 with the adhesive tape 3, a conductive member (not shown) is adhered and held to each of the adjacent lead wires 1 in a contact state, or a conductive filler is attached. It is also effective to fix a large amount of electrode terminals at one time by applying a conductive adhesive mixed with a conductive adhesive and supplying electricity during the chemical conversion treatment.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the tape itself is used as a material transfer jig in each processing step, and the equipment for transferring the material during welding and pressing can be greatly simplified, and the production equipment can be made inexpensive. Moreover, in the washing and chemical conversion processes,
There is no need for canning of lead wires for cleaning and chemical formation, resulting in significant cost reduction. In terms of quality, the press cut direction of the flat part of the aluminum wire tab is constant, so tabs are required in the caulking process during capacitor assembly. There is an advantage that the edge direction of the flat portion can be avoided and the defective aluminum foil can be eliminated. That is, if a plurality of electrode terminals are adhered and fixed with a tape and chemically formed, wound around a reel, and the flat portions 20 of the electrode terminals 11 are sequentially mounted on the capacitor element while being unwound from the reel when assembling the capacitor.
The electrode terminals 11 subjected to the chemical conversion treatment are transferred while being held in order by the tape base 2 in a state of being arranged in an orderly manner. In the caulking process, the edge direction of the flat portion of the tab is avoided, and defective aluminum foil breakage and oxide film are prevented. There is no breakage, no misalignment, deformation, or defective supply of the electrode terminals 11, and further, the positioning of the tip of the electrode terminals 11 and the flat portion 20
Can be set in advance, so that it can be mounted as it is while being rewound from the reel, and post-processing can be greatly simplified.

1. A process in which a CP wire of a lead wire is supplied to a tape base, and the lead wire is adhered to the tape base with an adhesive tape and cut by a cutter into a shape having a predetermined length suitable for welding. A lead wire supply process of attaching the lead wires at intervals, supplying an Al wire of a tab to a cut end of the continuously transferred lead wire, cutting the lead wire to a predetermined length, and abutting the lead wire end closely. A tab supply connection process for welding and unifying, and a press cutting process of rolling and forming the tab conveyed by tape-based traveling into a flat portion with a punch, and a trimming for removing burrs in a peripheral cut portion of the tab. Electrode terminals for electrolytic capacitors, characterized in that the electrode terminals processed in the above steps are continuously wound as a series of electrode terminals as they are taped on a tape base, washed and formed. Manufacturing method.
