(57) [Problem] To provide an endoscope which can be immersed in a disinfecting solution only in a state where a battery storage chamber is completely watertight. A click ring (81) is projected from a light guide base (8) provided on an endoscope body (2), and the click guide (82) provided on a connection socket (9) of a battery type light source (3) is pushed to a position where the click ring (82) can be pushed over. The battery type light source 3 can be connected and fixed to the mirror body 2. Further, a battery storage lid 38 can be attached to and detached from the attachment opening adjacent to the connection socket 9 in the main body 34 of the battery type light source 3, and the projection amount of the lid fixing dial 87 and the like becomes small only when the lid is attached in a watertight manner. It can be engaged in a notch formed dial engaging portion 89 on the endoscope main body 2 side, and in a watertight and insufficient mounting state, the lid fixing dial 87 is moved before the click convex portion 82 gets over the click ring 81. In this structure, the battery-type light source 3 cannot be connected to and fixed to the endoscope main body 2.

2. Description of the Related Art Endoscopes, which have been widely used in the medical and industrial fields, require a means for illuminating since a site to be diagnosed or inspected is inside a living body, plant, or the like. The illumination light from the lamp in the light source device outside the endoscope is guided by the light guide fiber provided in the endoscope, and the guided illumination light is emitted from the illumination window on the distal end side of the insertion portion, It is configured to illuminate a site to be diagnosed or inspected.

However, in this endoscope, if the battery storage chamber is used in a state where it is not set to be completely watertight, it may be immersed in a disinfecting solution. There is a possibility that the battery in the battery storage chamber may be in a short circuit state, or the electrodes in the battery storage chamber may be corroded, and the lighting may be incomplete due to poor contact or the like.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An endoscope body having a light guide fiber for guiding illumination light, and an illumination light that is detachably attached to the endoscope body and supplies illumination light to a light incident end of the light guide fiber. The battery-type light source is connected to and fixed to the endoscope main body only when the battery housing lid of the battery-type light source is attached to the battery-type light source main body in a watertight manner. If a disinfectant is subsequently immersed in an antiseptic solution after an endoscope inspection, a connection mechanism is provided, so that it is not necessary to check whether or not it is in a watertight state. Even so, since the battery storage lid is in a watertight mounting state, it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of electric leakage and poor contact.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the distal end portion 10 is formed with a small-diameter portion 10a such that the distal end is smaller than the outer diameter of the proximal end, and the center Oa of the small-diameter portion 10a is the distal end. It is formed eccentrically so as to be deviated from the center Ob on the proximal end side of the portion 10 to one side (for example, in the upward direction when the bending portion 11 is curved upward), and furthermore, the optical axis of the objective lens system 24 is located on the proximal end side. An objective lens system 24 is disposed on the distal end surface of the small-diameter portion 10a so as to be eccentric to one side (upward) from the center Ob. For example, three light emitting end surfaces 23 are provided around the objective lens system 24. I have.

With such a structure, FIG.
When the distal end side of the insertion portion 5 is inserted into a thin body cavity as shown in FIG. 7, the concentric small-diameter portion 10a that is not eccentric in the conventional example is formed and the objective lens system 24 is positioned at the center Ob on the base end side. The near point side is a ring-shaped part of the same distance because it is arranged close, and the near point side could not be observed from that part, but in the present embodiment) on the eccentric side, the closer near point part Pa is Observable. In this case, the far point Pb side can be observed on the side opposite to the eccentric side.

The present embodiment is not limited to the case where the present invention is applied to the endoscope 1 having the structure of the first embodiment, but may be applied to other structures. For example, in the battery unit main body 49 and the case 51 in Japanese Patent Application No. 8-39939, a connection ring 97 and contacts 38a and 38b are provided, and the contacts 38a and 38b and the conductive metal fitting 53 are connected to each other and wired. Only when the case 51 is attached to the unit main body 49 in a water-tight manner, the two conductive fittings 53 may be connected to each other.

Also in this configuration, the lamp 41 can be set to the lighting state only when the case 51 is attached to the battery unit main body 49 in a water-tight manner. Since the state cannot be set, it is possible to reliably prevent the endoscope from being erroneously performed. For this reason, it can also be prevented from being immersed in the disinfecting solution in an insufficiently watertight and insufficiently attached state.

As described above, according to the present invention, an endoscope body having a light guide fiber for guiding illumination light, and a light incident on the light guide fiber detachably attached to the endoscope body. In an endoscope having a battery-type light source that supplies illumination light to an end portion, the battery-type light source is mounted only when the battery housing lid of the battery-type light source is attached to the battery-type light source body in a watertight manner. Since a connection mechanism that is connected and fixed to the endoscope body is provided, even when disinfecting by dissolving in an antiseptic solution after endoscopy, it is not necessary to check whether it is in a watertight state. Even if the battery housing lid is immersed in the disinfecting solution and disinfected, the battery housing lid is in a water-tight mounting state, so that it is possible to reliably prevent the occurrence of electric leakage and poor contact.
