ここで、現像ステーションＨにおいて、第４の現像ハウジング５４に含まれるマゼンタトナーｍを用いて現像することができるように、区別のつかなかった前述の第２のＤＡＤ画像１１０の区別をつける（図５（Ｂ））。これは、赤色及び青色の組み合わされたフラッドランプ構造５２の青色光成分を用いて達成される。画像１１０を含む受光体の部分が移動して現像剤ハウジング構造５４を通過する際に、マゼンタトナーｍをその上に付着する（図５（Ｃ））。
