Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the quantity of rotation torque for each of kelly-bar and tube by fixing a casing tube rotating gear to a kelley bar drive shaft and arranging a rotating cylinder having an internal gear interlocking with a planetary gear interlocking with the gear stated above. SOLUTION: A kelley-bar drive shaft 19 is rotated and driven by a hydraulic motor 24, and the rotation torque of a casing tube 15 is made higher than the rotation torque of the kelley-bar 14. Then, even though the hydraulic motor 24 is made smaller, it is possible to generate an adequate amount of the rotation torque of the kelley-bar 14 and also of the casing tube 15 respectively. Thus, during excavation work by kelley-bar 14 and during push-in work by the casing tube 15, the transfer of the speed of rotation of the hydraulic motor 24 becomes unnecessary, thereby making the running operation much easier.
