Description
即ち、本例の方法を実施してカバーガラス7の貼着を行なう際には、使用者が図示しない速度設定指示部を操作する。そして、上記両ガラス7、3の間に介在させる封入剤2の性状(キシレンの含有率、粘度、量、線引き状態)並びに透徹剤の量により、上記吸着パッド6により吸着したカバーガラス7の一端がスライドガラス3に近づくのに従って、上記腕15の回動速度を徐々に遅くする程度(減速度)を設定する。この様に設定する腕15の減速度は、カバーガラス7の貼着作業を行う際に上記両ガラス7、3の間に介在させる封入剤2の性状並びに透徹剤の量に応じて、この封入剤2がカバーガラス7の下からはみ出さず、しかも気泡を形成しない、封入剤2の広がり速度となる様に設定する。この為に、封入剤2がカバーガラス7の下からはみ出さず、しかも気泡を形成しない条件を、予め実験により求めておく。
