Claims (8)
- 無機顔料粉末、および該顔料に関し１種当たり０．１〜４重量％の、分子量が２０００より小さく、アルキレンがエチレンまたはプロピレンであるポリアルキレングリコール、リグニンスルフォン酸塩、２重量％溶液中の２０℃における粘度が１０００ｍＰａ．ｓより低いセルロースエーテルから成る群から選ばれる数種の助剤物質から成り、該助剤物質の全重量は０．５〜５重量％を越えず、少なくとも２種かまたは３種以下の助剤物質は異った群に属することを特徴とする平均直径が５０〜１０００μｍ、含水量が顔料に関して最高３重量％、嵩密度が０．２〜１．８ｇ／ｃｍ3である緻密化された無機顔料粒状物。
- 無機顔料粉末は酸化鉄、二酸化チタン、酸化クロム、バナジン酸ビスマス、ルチル型混合相顔料およびカーボンブラックから成る群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項１記載の無機顔料粒状物。
- 少なくとも１種の助剤物質は液体の形で存在することを特徴とする請求項１記載の無機顔料粒状物。
- 助剤物質としてポリエチレングリコール、リグニンスルフォン酸塩およびカルボキシメチルセルロースが存在することを特徴とする請求項１記載の無機顔料粒状物。
- 助剤物質としてリグニンスルフォン酸塩およびポリエチレングリコールが存在することを特徴とする請求項１記載の無機顔料粒状物。
- 助剤物質としてカルボキシメチルセルロースおよびポリエチレングリコールが存在することを特徴とする請求項１記載の無機顔料粒状物。
- １種またはそれ以上の該顔料に、分子量が２０００より小さく、アルキレンがエチレンまたはプロピレンであるポリアルキレングリコール、リグニンスルフォン酸塩、および２重量％溶液中の２０℃における粘度が１０００ｍＰａ．ｓより低いセルロースエーテルから成る群から選ばれる数種の助剤物質から成り少なくとも２種で３種以下の助剤物質は異った群に属する助剤物質を顔料に関して０．１〜４重量％の量で混合し、この混合物を緻密化またはブリケット化工程にかけ、この圧縮またはブリケット化した生成物を破砕し、破砕した生成物を二つまたはそれ以上の部分に分離し、粒子の少なくとも８５％が５０μｍより大きいか、或いは５０〜１０００μｍの範囲にある一つの部分を生成物として取り出し、他の部分および／または他の複数の部分を工程から廃棄するか前の工程に戻すことを特徴とする緻密化された無機顔料粒状物の製造法。
- 建築材料、特にコンクリートおよび漆喰、ラッカー、プラスティックス、紙、アスファルトの着色および分散着色剤に体する添加物としての請求項１〜６記載の無機顔料粒状物の使用。
