Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve deposition strength, prevent the occurrence of a recess, and improve an external appearance by forming collapse preventing ribs on an outer member when deposition ribs erected on an inner member toward the outer member side are deposited. SOLUTION: Thin deposition ribs 131 , 132 erected along the vibration direction on the upper edge and lower edge of the connecting face of an inner member 5 are formed into the same width as that of the inner member 5, and the width can be set as required. Thin reinforcing ribs 171 , 172 kept in contact with the inner sides of the deposition ribs 171 , 172 are erected on the connecting face of an outer member 6 over nearly the whole area along the vibration direction of the outer member 6. When the inner member 5 and outer member 6 are combined and vibration-deposited, the reinforcing ribs 171 , 172 are arranged on the inside of the deposition ribs 131 , 132 , the reinforcing ribs 171 , 172 of the outer member 6 are kept in contact with the inner sides of the deposition ribs 131 , 132 of the inner member 5, and the deposition ribs 131 , 132 can be prevented from being collapsed.

Combine so that 2 is placed. Thus, the inner member 5 and the outer member 6
In the direction D shown in FIG. 2, vibration is applied and pressure is applied to melt the welding ribs 13 1 and 13 2 on the inner member 5 side, the many welding ribs 16, and the welding rib 21 on the outer member 6 side. Then, the inner member 5 and the outer member 6 are welded to each other. At this time, the welding rib 13 of the inner member 5 is used.
1, 13 2 of the reinforcing ribs 17 1 of the outer member 6 to the inside,
17 2 abuts to prevent the welding ribs 13 1 , 13 2 from falling down. Then, the hinge 9 is assembled by screwing the hinge screw 12 into the screw hole 19 formed in the attachment portion 10 of the inner member 5 and screwing it into the screw hole 20. It is assembled to the box part 3 of the instrument panel main body 1 via the hinge 9.

Since the reinforcing ribs (fall-preventing ribs) 17 1 and 17 2 are low in height and thin, the outer member 6 does not have sink marks, so that the appearance can be improved. Further, the inner side to protrude the outer member 6 side protruding portion 14 1 of the inner member 5 to form a recess on the outer surface side of the inner member 5, 14 2, 14 3, 14 4, 1
4 5 , 14 6 , 15 1 , and 15 2 are formed.
4 1, 14 2, 14 3, 14 4, 14 5, 14 6, 15
1, 15 2 of the front end, is provided with the welding rib 16 toward the outer member 6 side, to improve the rigidity of the inner member 5, and, since it requires only a low height of the welding rib 16, sink Prevention can be achieved. Further, a fastening boss 18 is provided on the outer member 6, and a welding rib 21 is protruded from the tip of the fastening boss 18 toward the inner member 5, so that the rigidity of the fastening portion is improved and the welding strength is improved. Can be achieved. Also, the welding rib 13 on the inner member 5 side
1, 13 2 and the welding rib 16, the welding rib 21 of the outer member 6, so welding the inner member 5 and the outer member 6 cooperate with each other, it is possible to obtain a sufficient strength.

As described above, according to the box lid structure of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. 2. The box lid structure according to claim 1, wherein the outer member and the inner member, each having a curved surface facing each other, are integrally formed by vibration welding, and provided on the inner member so as to be erected toward the outer member. Since the fall prevention rib for preventing the welding rib from falling down during welding is formed on the outer member, the welding area is enlarged and the welding strength is improved. Since there is no sink on the outer member,
The appearance can be improved. 3. The box lid structure according to claim 2, wherein the outer member and the inner member each having a curved surface opposed to each other are integrally formed by vibration welding, and a concave portion is formed on an outer surface of the inner member to form an inner surface of the inner member. Is projected to the outer member side to form a convex portion, and a welding rib is provided at the tip of the convex portion toward the outer member side, so that the rigidity of the inner member can be improved and sink marks can be prevented. . 4. The box lid structure according to claim 3, wherein the outer member and the inner member each having a curved surface facing each other are integrally formed by vibration welding, wherein a fastening boss is provided on the outer member, and a tip of the fastening boss is provided at the tip of the fastening boss. Since the welding rib protrudes toward the inner member, the rigidity of the fastening portion can be improved, and the welding strength can be improved.
