Claims (6)

  1. ナフサの自動車オクタン価を上昇させながら、Cオレフィン及びCオレフィンの収率を増加させるために原料をアップグレードするための流動接触分解法であって、
    (a)熱い再生触媒を、下流反応帯域及び上流反応帯域を含むライザー反応器に導き、
    (b)該上流反応帯域において、620〜775℃の温度で、かつナフサとスチームの1.5秒より短い蒸気滞留時間で、熱い触媒を軽質キャットナフサと接触させ、その際、軽質キャットナフサ中に存在するC〜Cオレフィンの少なくとも一部が、Cオレフィン及びCオレフィンに分解され、
    (c)該下流反応帯域において、600〜750℃の温度で、かつ20秒より短い蒸気滞留時間で、該上流反応帯域からの触媒、分解ナフサ生成物及びスチームを重質原料と接触させ、
    (d)該上流反応帯域及び該下流反応帯域からの、廃触媒、分解生成物及びスチームを分離帯域に導き、
    (e)軽質キャットナフサ及びスチームを含有する分解生成物を廃触媒から分離し、軽質キャットナフサ生成物の少なくとも一部を、工程(b)の上流反応帯域に再循環させ、
    (f)廃触媒をストリッピング帯域に導き、ストリッピング条件下で廃触媒をストリップし、
    (g)ストリップされた廃触媒を再生帯域に導き、再生条件下で廃触媒を再生する、
    以上の工程を含むことを特徴とするキャットナフサの再分解方法。
  2. 前記上流反応帯域において、スチームの量が、軽質キャットナフサの全重量を基準として、2〜50重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャットナフサの再分解方法。
  3. 前記上流反応帯域において、ナフサおよびスチームの前記蒸気滞留時間が、1秒未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャットナフサの再分解方法。
  4. 前記工程(b)において、プロセス条件が、100〜400kPaの圧力で、75〜150の触媒/油比(重量/重量)を包含することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャットナフサの再分解方法。
  5. 前記工程(c)において、プロセス条件が、100〜400kPaの圧力で、4〜10の触媒/油比、かつ2〜20秒の蒸気滞留時間を包含することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャットナフサの再分解方法。
  6. 前記工程(c)において、原料が、565℃を超える初留点を有する高沸点留分を、原料を基準として、1〜15重量%を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のキャットナフサの再分解方法。
