によりフィルムを吸引する工程、ブランク表面に付着し
たフィルムの端縁部を処理する工程とより成る包装容器
の製造方法。

方、包装容器として板紙製のものもあったが、容器の折

器を完成していた。しかしそのようなジョイントは離れ
てしまうことが多く、その箇所より流体が漏れ易い欠点
があった。また紙製包装容器の表面にプラスチックフィ
ルムを貼着したものもあったが、製造工程が複雑で製作

る工程、型の下方より真空ポンプによりフィルムを吸引
する工程、及びブランク表面に付着したフィルムの端縁
部を処理する工程を採用している。また請求項2の発明
では、パルプモ−ルディングによって所定形状の容器に
形成する工程、上記容器の上面にフィルムを配設する工
程、容器の下方より真空ポンプによりフィルムを吸引す
る工程、容器表面に付着したフィルムの端縁部を処理す
る工程を採用している。更に請求項3の発明では、パル

について図面を参照して説明する。 図1は本発明で使
用される板紙の展開図で、図2はそれを組み立てた状態
の斜視図である。まず0.1〜1m/m程度の板紙を容
器となるように所定の形状に打ち抜いてブランク1を形
成する。この実施例のブランク1は、底片部2、側紙片
3、4、5、6、上記側紙片に連結形成された鍔紙片
7、8、9、10、及び4ケ所のコーナー側紙片11、
12、13、14とより構成されている。また鍔紙片
7、8、9、10相互の連結部15は突き付け状態のも
のが採用されている。鍔紙片相互の連結部の継ぎ目の別
の実施例として、図3に示すように実矧16のものが採
用される。その後上記ブランク1を半割型17内に配設
し、真空ポンプ18によりブランク1を下方より吸引
し、半割型17に密着させる。その後上記半割型17内
に配設されたブランク1上面に不透水性のフィルム19
を配設し、上記フィルム19をブランク1に形成された
隙間等を介して真空ポンプ18により下方より吸引し、
ブランク1表面に密着させる。その後ブランク表面に密
着されたフィルムの端部をブランク1の端縁部に添って

【発明の効果】以上詳述したように、本発明の包装容器
の製造方法によれば、極めて簡単な方法により紙製容器
又はパルプモ−ルディングによって形成した容器の内面
に不透水性のフィルムを貼着できる。また紙片を利用し
ているので、従来のプラスチック製のものと比較して燃
焼が可能であり公害問題を引き起こす心配がない。更に
真空ポンプを採用することにより紙製容器に対して真空
分散が均一化され、容器の内部コーナー部分においても
ピンホール等が生じることなく不透水性フィルムの密着
