Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 定位置で連続的に回転する水平配置の円
盤と、この円盤の外周の一部に沿って近接配置する案内
部材と、この案内部材の始端近くで選別対象のねじ、
釘、ボルト、リベット、連結ピン等の頭部付き軸体を前
記円盤の外周に定ピッチで設けられている切欠に送り込
むフィーダとを具備し、前記供給ガイドから前記切欠に
送り込まれた頭部付き軸体を、前記円盤及び案内部材で
その軸体の頭部を下から支えた状態にして円盤の回転に
より移動させ、その移動の途中に良否検査を行って案内
部材の終端を通過した位置で不良品を取り除く選別機に
おいて、前記供給ガイドの出口部に、プーリにかけて回
転させる無端ベルト又は回転ローラとこれに対向したワ
ーク案内面との間に頭部付き軸体を挟んで当該軸体に前
記切欠への送り込み力を加える送り込みの補助装置を設
けたことを特徴とする頭部付き軸体の選別機。
