Abstract

なるマットを弾性材料から製造する方法にある。 【解決手段】 金型キャビティ(14)を有する、板状
圧縮成形機(11)の割金型(13)の上に穴のある織
物(15)を置き、この織物で加熱段階中の金型キャビ
ティ(14)を被い、この織物(15)の上に生ゴム
(17)から形成された板を置き、板状圧縮成形機(1
1)の接近時に可塑化された生ゴムが紙マット(15)
を透過し、その際金型キャビティ(14)から出る空気
と他のガスを織物の糸の間に通し、金型の縁部(16)
まで導出して織物(15)をゴム成形体中に埋設する。
Description
を有する加熱可能な板状圧縮成形機中で加硫することに
よって偏平なゴム成形体、特に割りぐり石道床の基礎に
用いるマットを裏側に突起を備えた弾性材料から製造す
る方法に関する。
建設において使用され、その目的は割りぐり石道床とそ
の上に敷設された軌道を路床とトンネルの壁やトラフに
対して弾力的に支承し、固体伝送音を防ぐことにある。
西独特許出願公開第3425647 号明細書(DE34 25 647
A1)から知られるこの種のマットには、表側に二層に形
成された非常に目のつんだ織物がある。マットの裏側の
突起は横断面が台形の段或いは円錐台または円筒状の節
の形にすることができる。
加熱される板状成形プレスで徐々に行われる。裏側に突
起を形成するためには突起に対応形状の凹形である多数
の金型キャビティを板状成形プレス内の非常に狭い場所
に設けなければならない。各加熱段階でたとえば15平
方メートルのプレス面に約33000個の金型キャビテ
ィが設けられる。

ャビティに押し込むことによって閉じ込められた空気や
その他のガスを逃がすようにする必要がある。金型キャ
ビティの排気が効果的に行われないと、突起の形成が具
合良く行われない。というのは、排気が不完全である
と、可塑性ゴムが金型キャビティを十分に満たすことが
できないからである。
押し込まれたゴムによるいわゆるバリ発生の原因にな
る。このバリは後の工程で十分に除去されなければなら
ない。ドイツ特許出願公開第4040591 号明細書(DE40
40 591 A1)から知られる、膨張可能な偏平なゴム中空
体の製造方法の場合は、プレス型が用いられる。この型
の一方または両方の成形割型の内壁は、型空隙から外へ
はみ出す織物を備えている。この織物を使って加硫工程
中の排気と排ガスを改善しようというのである。このよ
うに、単一の成形体に対して相対的に大きい型に内張り
することは極めて狭い場所に多数の金型キャビティを設
ける場合実現不可能である。その上、できた製品には必
ず型全体に内張りされた織物の、必ずしも望ましくはな
い跡がつく。また、排気するためには外側へ通じる排気
路が必要である。

維は天然の繊維や微細繊維として粗い表面を有する。こ
れらの繊維は5センチメートルまでの長さのものから成
っていて、大きな毛細管作用を有する。綿繊維は吸湿量
が25%である。これに対してたとえばポリエステル糸
は僅か5%の吸収率である。

金型キャビティ14を備えた板状圧縮成形機下部13と
から形成される。金型キャビティ14の上には織りに穴
があいた綿織物を置いてあり、この織物は板状圧縮成形
機11の縁部16まで達している。金型キャビティ14
の上には(前記織物の上に更に)生ゴム板17を載せて
ある。

ティ14内へ押し込まれて所定時間加硫される。

- 【請求項1】 多数の金型キャビティを有する加熱可能
な板状圧縮成形機中で加硫することによって偏平なゴム
成形体、特に、割りぐり石道床の基礎になるマットを裏
側に突起を備えた弾性材料から製造する方法において、
金型キャビティ(14)を有する、板状圧縮成形機(1
1)の割金型(13)の上に穴のある織り(15)を有
する織物を置き、この織物で加熱段階中の金型キャビテ
ィ(14)の全体を被い、この織物(15)の上に生ゴ
ム(17)製の板を置き、板状圧縮成形機(11)の接
近時に可塑化された生ゴムが織物(15)を透過し、そ
の際金型キャビティ(14)から出る空気と他のガスを
織物の糸の間に通して通過させ、金型の縁部(16)ま
で導出して織物(15)をゴム成形体(31)中に埋設

成形体、特に、割りぐり石道床の基礎になるマットを裏
側に突起を備えた弾性材料から製造する方法において、
板状圧縮成形機の金型キャビティを有する割金型の上に
紙マットを置き、このマットで加熱段階中の金型キャビ
ティの全体を被い、この紙マットの上に生ゴム製の板を
置き、板状圧縮成形機の接近時に可塑化された生ゴムが
紙マットを金型キャビティの壁に押しつけ、その際金型
キャビティから出る空気と他のガスが紙マットを透過し
て金型の縁部まで導出されて紙マットがゴム成形体の外
面と結合することを特徴とする方法。
