Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out a specific quantity of liquid from a liquid container without opening the cap of the container nor spilling the liquid by attaching first to third weighing chambers which are provided in parallel with a flowing-out pipe to the lower side face of the main body of the container. SOLUTION: A third weighing chamber 4 which is provided in parallel with first and second weighing chambers 2 and 3 is attached to the lower side face of the main body of a container 1 and a flowing-out port 5 and a taking-out port 6 are provided above the chamber 4. The inside of the container 1 is maintained in an airtight state and the surface level of a liquid in the chamber 4 is maintained higher than the upper line of a flowing-in port 10. In addition, the chambers 2 and 3 are filled up with the liquid through the port 10 while the container 1 is placed so that the port 6 can come to the top side. When the container 1 is placed in the above-mentioned state, the liquid does not flow in the chamber 4. When the port 6 is inclined downward, a teaspoonful of liquid can be taken out from the chambers 2 and 3 while a partition wall 8 prevents the back flow of the liquid in the container 1. When the container 1 is returned to the original state after the container 1 is tilted rightward, the liquid flows in the chamber 4 and, when the port 6 is tilted downward, a tablespoonful of liquid can be taken out from the chambers 2, 3, and 4.

When using the present invention, the main body container (1) is lifted and the take-out opening (6) is tilted downward (see FIG. 5C).
And the specified amount can be taken out. When the main container (1) is lifted and the take-out opening (6) is tilted downward, the liquid in the first measuring chamber (2) and the second measuring chamber (3) can be taken out (see FIG. 5-A). ). When the main body container (1) is lifted and tilted to the right and then returned, the liquid flows into the third measuring chamber (4) (see 1, 2, and 3 in FIG. 5-B). When the take-out port is tilted downward in this state, the first measuring chamber (2)
And the total amount of the second measuring chamber (3) and the third measuring chamber (4) can be taken out. When the main container (1) is lifted and tilted to the left (right side) (see FIG. 6-A) for a few seconds, the first measuring chamber (2) and the second measuring chamber (3) are moved. The liquid can flow back to the main body container (1) from the weight reduction ports (7) at both ends of the first partition wall (8) between the first partition wall (8) to reduce the weight. At this time, the residual liquid at the lower part can be taken out from the reduction opening (7).

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. (A) The main body container (1) is provided with an inlet connection window (12), a liquid replenishing port (13), and a liquid refilling lid (14). (B) A third star room (4) is provided adjacent to the first measuring room (2) and the second measuring room (3). C, a first partition wall (8) is provided between the first measuring chamber (2) and the second measuring chamber (3). A second partition (9) is provided between the first and second measuring chambers and the third measuring chamber (4). At both ends of the first partition wall (8), weight loss ports (7) are provided. (D) An outflow cylinder (5) and an outlet (6) are provided in the upper part of the measuring chamber. A flow control wall (16) is provided between the measuring chamber and the outflow tube (5). (E) The inlet (10) of the measuring section is connected to the inlet connection window (12) of the main container (1). F. The inside of the main body container (1) is kept airtight and is in contact with the outside air pressure through the inlet connection window (12). The present invention has the above configuration. In the present invention, the inside of the main container (1) is airtight, and the contact with the outside air pressure is achieved by using only the inlet connection window (12) at the lower portion of the main container (1). If the inside of the main body container (1) is not kept airtight, the measuring chamber is filled with the liquid up to the level of the liquid level in the main body container (1), and the specified amount cannot be measured. In the present invention, the liquid level in the measuring chamber is kept on the line above the inflow port by keeping the inside of the main body container (1) airtight. In the present invention, the main body container (1) is placed so that the outlet (6) is always up. Inflow channel (11) from the inlet (10) when placed
The first metering chamber (2) and the second metering chamber (3) are always filled with liquid through the liquid (see FIG. 5-A). In this state, no liquid flows into the third measuring chamber (4). When the main container (1) is lifted and the take-out port is tilted downward (see FIG. 5C), the liquid in the first measuring chamber (2) and the second measuring chamber (3) can be taken out of the container. For the liquid in the first measuring chamber (2) and the second measuring chamber (3), the first partition wall (8) prevents backflow into the main body container (1), and always takes a prescribed amount of the liquid out of the container. You can do it. When the main body container (1) is tilted rightward (see 1 in FIG. 5B) and returned, the liquid flows into the third measuring chamber (4) (see 2, 3 in FIG. 5-B).
By tilting the outlet (6) downward (see FIG. 5C), the total amount of the first measuring chamber (2), the second measuring chamber (3), and the third measuring chamber (4) is set outside the container. Can be taken out. As shown in FIG. 6-A, the liquid flows backward from the weight reduction port (7) into the main body container (1) when it is tilted right beside and a few seconds pass. The weight is reduced up to the lower line of the weight loss opening (7) in the state of being right beside. After that, if the operation proceeds to the removing operation, the residual liquid can be removed. The mechanism of weight loss is the main container (1)
And the main container (1)
The liquid in the tank will be separated soon.
The backflow starts in the main body container (1) from FIG.
-B). The backflow has a different inclination angle depending on the amount of liquid in the main body container (1). In the case of the liquid amount shown in FIG. 6-B, the backflow does not yet occur even if the liquid is inclined to the state shown in the figure. When the liquid is tilted slightly to the left from this state, the liquid in the main container (1) and the liquid in the measuring chamber are separated, and the backflow starts from the weight loss port (7). However, the backflow stops at the angle shown in FIG. When the main container (1) is lifted and the liquid in each measuring chamber is taken out, the time required for transition from the state of FIG. 6B to the state of FIG. Almost all of the liquid can be taken out without backflow. The total volume of the first and second weighing chambers is one teaspoon of a measuring spoon, plus one tablespoon of the third weighing chamber plus half a teaspoon when reduced. Assuming that the gap of the weight loss opening (7) is about 2-3 mm. The measurement chamber can be freely enlarged or reduced in design depending on the liquid to be measured. As shown in FIG. 5-D, a measuring chamber can be additionally provided. With the above-described mechanism, a specified amount of liquid can always be taken out.
