Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.約25g/10分未満のメルトインデックスと2.0gと9.0の間の溶融 張力をもつ架橋されていない低密度エチレン系ポリマーと無機ハロゲン非含有発 泡剤からなる発泡性組成物からつくられた架橋されていない独立気泡の低密度エ チレン系ポリマー発泡体。 2.エチレン系ポリマーが1.0g/10分と15g/10分の間のメルトイン デックスと3.0gと8.5gの間の溶融張力をもつ請求項1記載のエチレン系 ポリマー発泡体。 3.エチレン系ポリマーが1.5g/10分と6g/10分の間のメルトインデ ックスと3.0gと8.0gの間の溶融張力をもつ請求項1記載のエチレン系ポ リマー発泡体。 4.エチレン系ポリマーが0.916g/cm3と0.930g/cm3の間の密 度をもつ請求項1記載のエチレン系ポリマー発泡体。 5.最初につくられたときの発泡体の気泡がアルゴンを含有する請求項1記載の エチレン系ポリマー発泡体。 6.最初につくられたときの発泡体の気泡が二酸化炭素を含有する請求項1記載 のエチレン系ポリマー発泡体。 7.最初につくられたときの発泡体の気泡が二酸化炭素とアルゴンの混合物を含 有する請求項1記載のエチレン系ポリマー発泡体。 8.エチレン系ポリマーが架橋されていない低密度ポリエチレンポリマーである 請求項5記載のエチレン系ポリマー発泡体。 9.エチレン系ポリマーが架橋されていない低密度ポリエチレンポリマーである 請求項6記載のエチレン系ポリマー発泡体。 10.エチレン系ポリマーが架橋されていない低密度ポリエチレンポリマーであ る請求項7記載のエチレン系ポリマー発泡体。 11.a)25g/10分未満のメルトインデックスと2.0gと9.0gの間 の溶融張力をもつ架橋されていない低密度ポリエチレンポリマーを加熱してポリ マー溶融物をつくり、 b)ポリマー溶融物に無機ハロゲン不含有発泡剤を加えて発泡性ゲルをつくり 、 c)発泡性ゲルを低密度エチレン系ポリマー発泡体の膨張に適する温度に冷却 し、そして d)発泡性ゲルをダイを通して押し出して発泡体をつくる 諸工程からなることを特徴とする架橋されていない独立気泡の低密度エチレン 系ポリマー発泡体の製造方法。 12.エチレン系ポリマーが1.0g/10分と15g/10分の間のメルトイ ンデックスと3.0gと8.5gの間の溶融張力をもつ請求項9記載の方法。 13.エチレン系ポリマーが1.5g/10分と6g/10分の間のメルトイン デックスと3.0gと8.0gの間の溶融張力をもつ請求項9記載の方法。 14.エチレン系ポリマーが0.916g/cm3と0.930g/cm3の間の 密度をもつ請求項9記載の方法。 15.無機ハロゲン不含有発泡剤が二酸化炭素、アルゴン又は二酸化炭素とアル ゴンの混合物である請求項9記載の方法。 16.エチレン系ポリマーが架橋されていない低密度ポリエチレンポリマーであ る請求項15記載の方法。 17.単独発泡剤として二酸化炭素を用いてつくられた150kg/m3未満の 密度をもつ独立気泡のポリエチレン発泡体。
