Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも一つの入力軸(3、7)とカウンタシャフト(16、17、 18、23、24、25)と駆動歯車組を形成する歯車(11、13、14、1 5)、カウンタシャフト上に配置され速度段切換および方向切換のために選択的 にカウンタシャフトに固く結合されるルーズ歯車(13、14、15)を備えた 切換クラッチ(19、20、21、29、31、41)、および少なくとも一つ の固定歯車(32)を備えた従動歯車系(34)を有している負荷下で切換可能 な多段変速機(1)において、 各カウンタシャフト(16、17、18、23、24、25)上に唯一の切換 クラッチ(19、20、21、29、31、41)が配置され、固定歯車(11 )およびこれと連続的にかみ合っているルーズ歯車(13、14、15)が駆動 歯車組(12)を形成し、カウンタシャフト(25)上に配置された固定歯車( 32)が二つのルーズ歯車(30、40)と連続的にかみ合い従動歯車系(34 )を形成し、カウンタシャフト(16、17、18、23、24、25)が動力 分割歯車組(35)を形成する固定歯車(26、27、36、37、38、39 )およびルーズ歯車(28)によって互いに結合されていることを特徴とする負 荷の下で切換可能な多段変速機。 2. カウンタシャフト(25)上に配置された従動歯車系(34)の固定歯 車(32)に動力分割歯車組(35)のルーズ歯車(28)が対向して位置して いることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の負荷下で切換可能な多段変速機。 3. 動力分割歯車組(35)のルーズ歯車(28)に3速段の切換クラッチ (29)が付属されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載 の負荷の下で切換可能な多段変速機。 4. カウンタシャフト(18ないし16)上に、駆動歯車組(12)のルー ズ歯車(15ないし13)並びに動力分割歯車組(35)の二つの固定歯車(3 7、38)を備えた方向クラッチおよび又は速度段切換クラッチとして採用され る切換クラッチ(21ないし19)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項記載の負荷の下で切換可能な多段変速機。 5. カウンタシャフト(16、18)上に切換クラッチ(19、21)の他 に二つのまでの固定歯車(37、38および50、51)が配置されていること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の負荷の下で切換可能な多段変速機。 6. 少なくとも一つの入力軸(3、7)とカウンタシャフト(16、17、 18、23、24、25)と駆動歯車組を形成する歯車(11、13、14、1 5)、カウンタシャフト上に配置され速度段切換および方向切換のために選択的 にカウンタシャフトに固く結合されるルーズ歯車(13、14、15)を備えた 切換クラッチ(19、20、21、29、31、41)、および少なくとも一つ の固定歯車(33)を備えた従動歯車系(34)を有している負荷下で切換可能 な多段変速機(1)において、 各カウンタシャフト(16、17、18、23、24、25)上に唯一の切換 クラッチ(19、20、21、29、31、41)が配置され、固定歯車(11 )およびこれと連続的にかみ合っているルーズ歯車(13、14、15)が駆動 歯車組(12)を形成し、カウンタシャフト(25)上に配置されたルーズ歯車 (55)が二つのルーズ歯車(30、40)と連続的にかみ合い従動歯車系(3 4)を形成し、カウンタシャフト(16、17、18、23、24、25)が動 力分割歯車組(35)を形成する固定歯車(26、27、36、37、38、3 9)およびルーズ歯車(28)によって互いに結合されていることを特徴とする 負荷の下で切換可能な多段変速機。 7. 駆動歯車組(12)の固定歯車(11)が、入力軸(3)に対して同心 的に位置する中空軸(7)上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項又は第6項に記載の負荷の下で切換可能な多段変速機。 8. 固定歯車(32)と連続的にかみ合っているルーズ歯車(30、40) に、1速段および2速段を切り換えるための切換クラッチ(41、31)が付属 されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の負荷下で切換可能な多段変 速機。
