Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.分級すべき固体粒子を移送ガス流(1)に浮遊させ、それらを粒子のスクリ ーニングが行われるスクリーニング手段に移送することからなり、スクリーニン グ手段を通過しない粒子の流動床(13)をスクリーニング手段(2)の上流に 設置することにより、スクリーニング手段を通過することができる粒子を流動床 (13)から排出し、移送ガス流(1)に再導入し、よって、分級の効率が改善 されることを特徴とする固体粒子の分級方法。 2.流動床(13)が、スクリーニング手段(2)より下の点でかつ上流のゾー ンに送り込まれた補助ガス流によって、実質的に移送ガス流(1)に垂直方向に 設置される請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.スクリーニング手段(2)が、垂直に配置されたスクリーンであり、かつ移 送ガス流(1)が、実質的に垂直に配置されたスクリーンに垂直である請求の範 囲1又は2記載の方法。 4.スクリーニング手段(2)下流の移送ガス流を分離装置(70)に送り込み 、該装置から出たガスを、分級すべき固体粒子を添加した後にスクリーニング手 段(2)に再循環する請求の範囲1記載の方法。 5.スクリーニング手段(2)近傍のゾーンにおいて移送ガスの流速が2m/s 未満である請求の範囲1記載の方法。 6.流動床(13)における固体の残留時間が1〜20分である請求の範囲1記 載の方法。 7.流動ガスの流速が2〜6cm/sである請求の範囲1記載の方法。 8.スクリーニング手段(2)が、移送ガス(1)に逆流して局在するガス流に よって定期的にクリーニングされる請求の範囲1記載の方法。 9.スクリーニング手段(2)、分級すべき粒子を含有する移送ガス(1)流を 送り込む手段、スクリーニング手段(2)の上流の大きな粒子を収集し排出する 手段(40)及びスクリーニング手段(2)の下流のガスから微粒子を分離する 手段(70)からなり、 大きな粒子を収集し排出する手段(40)が、スクリーニング手段(2)を通 過しなかった粒子のさらなる分級を行うように、スクリーニング手段(2)の下 に配置された流動床からなることを特徴とする固体粒子の分級装置。 10.大きな粒子を収集し排出する手段(40)が、スクリーニング手段(2) 近傍の第1パート及びガス・ディストリビューター(4)から一定の距離で配置 された垂直バッフル(45)によって前記第1パートから分離された第2パート からなり、手段(40)の第1パートから第2パートへ固体を送り込むことがで き、第2パートにおいてオーバーフロー型の排出装置(5)が配置されている請 求の範囲9記載の装置。 11.スクリーニング手段(2)が、環状のスクリーンからなり、スクリーン自 体の下流に配置するスクリーンのクリーニングシステムを有し、クリーニングシ ステムがスクリーンに平行 かつ近接した少なくとも1つの回転バー(9)からなり、移送ガス(1)に対し て逆流圧下に排出されるクリーニングガス用ノズルを備えることを特徴とする請 求の範囲9又10記載の装置。 12.スクリーニング手段(2)の迅速な交換システムを有し、このシステムは 容器(11)の側壁に付与された対応する環状溝(16)に配置され、かつ加圧 ガス源(17)に接続されたた弾性材料の中空の環状ガスケット(14)を有し 、中空のガスケットは、加圧した際にスクリーニング手段(2)の枠(21)に 圧力をかけるものであり、容器(11)は、スクリーニング手段(2)の導入及 び取り出しのために、扉(15)に近接して、側面スリット(18)を有してい る請求の範囲9〜11に記載の装置。
