Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.例えば消化管のような中空の身体器官内の複数個の病変を結紮するため の可撓性内視鏡器具であって、 (a)前方挿入端部と後方端部とを有し、前記内視鏡を通して照明し目視する 手段と、前記挿入端部に吸引力を与える手段と、作用チャンネルとを包含する可 撓性ファイバーオプチック内視鏡と; (b)前方遠位端部と、後方端部と、長軸とを有し、前記前方端部が内視鏡の 挿入端部に付着するために手段を有する管状要素と; (c)可撓性の実質的非弾性材料の複数個のひも状コードであって、各々が管 状要素の遠位端部上に折り畳まれ、各々の第1部分が前記管状要素の外側要素の 一部に重複し、その第2部分が前記管状要素の内側に配置され、前記管状要素の 長軸の周囲に角度的に間隔をおいて配向される複数個のひも状コードと; (d)前記管状要素上にそれと共軸関係でかつ前記コードに重複した状態で延 伸した状態で着脱可能に取り付けられた複数個の弾性結紮リングであって、管状 要素の遠位端部から徐々に大きな異なる距離をおいて管状要素の長軸方向に相互 から間隔をおいて配置された結紮リングと; (e)各リングが身体器官中に存在する多重病変の異なる1つに適用されて病 変組織が前記吸引手段によって管状要素中に引き入れられるときに、各弾性リン グが内視鏡から移動して、病変に対して結紮関係で配置されるように、前記コー ドと前記管状要素との間に相対的滑動を与えて、内視鏡の身体器官中への単回挿 入中に制御された順序で各弾性リングを移動させる手段であって、内視鏡の作用 チャンネルに通され、前記管状要素内に配置された前記コードにその1端部にお いて接続した可撓性ライン要素を含み、ライン要素の他方の端部に引張り力が及 ぼされて、各隣接弾性リング対の間に緩い状態で配置されるコードを前記管状要 素上に滑動させるように、その後方端部において内視鏡を出る手段と を含む可撓性内視鏡器具。 2.各隣接弾性リング対の間の各コードの長さが管状要素の遠位端部と前記 遠位端部から前記対の最も離れたリングとの間の距離に少なくとも等しいように 、 弾性リングが前記管状要素上に配置される、請求項1記載の可撓性内視鏡器具。 3.前記コードの各々が、前記剛性管状要素に重複するその部分上に、一定 の間隔をおいた一連の、半径方向に伸びるショルダーを包含し、そのショルダー の各々に対して前記弾性リングの異なる1つが隣接係合してかつ前記剛性管状要 素の遠位端部に面して配置され、コードの前記ショルダーの各々が他の前記コー ドの各々のショルダーと実質的に同一平面関係にある、請求項2記載の内視鏡結 紮器具。 4.前記コードの各々が、前記剛性管状要素に重複するその部分上に、一定 の間隔をおいた一連の結節を包含し、その結節の各々に対して前記弾性リングの 異なる1つが隣接係合してかつ前記剛性管状要素の遠位端部に面して配置され、 コードの前記結節の各々が他の前記コードの各々の結節と実質的に同一平面関係 にある、請求項2記載の内視鏡結紮器具。 5.例えば消化管のような中空の身体器官内の複数個の病変を結紮するため の可撓性内視鏡器具であって、 (a)前方挿入端部と後方端部とを有し、前記内視鏡を通して照明し目視する 手段と、前記挿入端部に吸引力を与える手段と、作用チャンネルとを包含する可 撓性ファイバーオプチック内視鏡と; (b)前方遠位端部と、後方端部と、長軸とを有し、前記前方端部が内視鏡の 挿入端部に付着するために手段を有する管状要素と; (c)可撓性の実質的非弾性材料の複数個のひも状コードであって、各々が管 状要素の遠位端部上に折り畳まれ、各々の第1部分が前記管状要素の外側要素の 一部に重複し、その第2部分が前記管状要素の内側に配置され、前記管状要素の 長軸の周囲に角度的に間隔をおいて配向される複数個のひも状コードと; (d)前記管状要素上にそれと共軸関係でかつ前記コードに重複した状態で延 伸した状態で着脱可能に取り付けられた複数個の弾性結紮リングであって、管状 要素の長軸方向において相互から間隔をおいて配置され、隣接弾性リングの少な くとも1対の間で、前記コードの各々が管状要素の遠位端部と、前記遠位端部か ら最も離れた前記対のリングとの間の距離に少なくとも等しい長さのコードの緩 い区分を有する結紮リングと; (e)各リングが身体器官中に存在する多重病変の異なる1つに適用されて病 変組織が前記吸引手段によって管状要素中に引き入れられるときに、各弾性リン グが内視鏡から移動して、病変に対して結紮関係で配置されるように、前記コー ドと前記管状要素との間に相対的滑動を与えて、内視鏡の身体器官中への単回挿 入中に制御された順序で各弾性リングを移動させる手段であって、内視鏡の作用 チャンネルに通され、前記管状要素内に配置された前記コードにその1端部にお いて接続した可撓性ライン要素を含み、ライン要素の他方の端部に引張り力が及 ぼされて、各隣接弾性リング対の間に緩い状態で配置されるコードを前記管状要 素上に滑動させるように、その後方端部において内視鏡を出る手段と を含む可撓性内視鏡器具。 6.前記コードが、前記剛性管状要素に重複するその部分上に、一定の間隔 をおいた一連のショルダーを包含し、そのショルダーの各々に対して前記弾性リ ングの異なる1つが隣接係合してかつ前記剛性管状要素の遠位端部に面して配置 され、コードの前記ショルダーの各々が他のコードの各々のショルダーと実質的 に同一平面関係にある、請求項5記載の内視鏡結紮器具。 7.前記コードの各々が、前記剛性管状要素に重複するその部分上に、一定 の間隔をおいた一連の結節を包含し、その結節の各々に対して前記弾性リングの 異なる1つが隣接係合してかつ前記剛性管状要素の遠位端部に面して配置され、 コードの前記結節の各々が他の前記コードの各々の結節と実質的に同一平面関係 にある、請求項5記載の内視鏡結紮器具。
