Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.混合物にフィルタ繊維を溶かす溶剤を添加し、その際生じた混合物をまず乾 燥し、引続いて熱的に後処理することを特徴とするフィルタ繊維及び粉末状イオ ン交換樹脂からなる混合物の容積の減少方法。 2.ポリアクリルニトリルからなるフィルタ繊維を処理する際に溶剤としてジメ チルホルムアミド、ジメチルアセトアミド、ジメチルスルホキシド、炭酸エチレ ン又は塩化亜鉛を使用することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3.熱的な後処理を120℃〜220℃の温度範囲で実施し、その際乾燥され溶 剤で処理された混合物に10〜50重量%の水酸化ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、 酸化カルシウム、水酸化カルシウム、ホウ酸塩又は五酸化リンを混和することを 特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。 4.熱的な後処理を130℃〜190℃の温度範囲で実施し、その際乾燥され溶 剤で処理された混合物に10〜50重量%の水酸化ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、 酸化カルシウム、水酸化カルシウム、ホウ酸塩又は五酸化リンを混和することを 特徴とする請求項1乃至3の1つに記載の方法。 5.容器の腐食を回避するため酸に反応する混合物を酸化カルシウム又は酸化マ グネシウムと混合し、中性から弱塩基のpH値に調整することを特徴とする請求 項1乃至4の1つに記載の方法。 6.アルカリに反応する混合物にホウ酸又はリン酸の酸性塩を混和し、少なくと もほぼ中性のpH値に調整することを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の1つに記載の 方法。
