Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.均一に配向し且つプラスチックマトリックスと混合した長繊維を含む、互 いに交叉する繊維構造体からなる平面的なラミネートから成形型を使用してプラ スチック材料の繊維強化三次元製品を製造する方法において、前記ラミネートか らその長繊維の第1端部を突出させ、他方その長繊維の第2端部を成形型の直径 方向反対辺に達しないように成形型内に自由にして、前記ラミネートをキャリア フレーム上に緩んだ状態で載置し、この載置した材料を加熱し、前記繊維の第1 端部のみを前記成形型の縁部領域で固定部材により固定し、前記繊維の第1端部 を連続的に固定しながら、加熱された平面的ラミネートを製品の所望の三次元形 状になるようにプレスし、この製品を前記成形型から解放して取り出すことを特 徴とする方法。 2.使用される前記繊維がハイブリッド糸の形状をなし、前記加熱が、プラス チックの粘着温度より低い温度まで接触加熱する第一工程と、プラスチックの処 理温度まで加熱する第二工程の二段階で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の方法。 3.前記マトリックス材料が熱可塑性であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2 に記載の方法。 4.前記マトリックス材料として硬化性プラスチックが使用されることを特徴 とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 5.積層される各繊維構造体は、その繊維の第1端部をその直前の繊維構造体 を載置するために使用された前記成形型の一辺に隣接する成形型辺上に位置決め して、多角形の成形型内に載置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか 1項に記載の方法。 6.補強繊維を縁部に沿って固定する部材を含む成形型を具えた 、請求項1〜5の方法に使用されるプラントにおいて、緩んだ状態で載置された 繊維構造体のための支持体として機能するキャリアネットを張設したキャリアフ レーム、および前記ラミネートから突出した繊維の第1端部のみを固定するため に前記成形型の部材と共働する部材を具えた押圧フレームから成ることを特徴と するプラント。 7.前記キャリアネットが、前記繊維構造体に使用されたマトリックスと同一 のマトリックスと混合された補強繊維で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項 6に記載のプラント。 8.前記フレームが多角形、好ましくは四角形であることを特徴とする請求項 6又は7に記載のプラント。 9.前記繊維構造体を固定するための前記成形型の部材が、製品に所望の三次 元形状を付与するために使用される前記押圧フレームの表面と共働するように構 成された前記成形型の表面で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6〜8のい ずれか1項に記載のプラント。 10.前記押圧フレームの固定部材および前記成形型が前記キャリアフレーム の内部に位置するように、前記キャリアネットは、形成されるラミネートよりも 大きい寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載のプラ ント。
