Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.0.1〜12.5μmの体積分布メジアン粒径を有する充填剤粒子を、フ ィルム中のポリマーの重量基準で、0.0005〜2重量%含むポリマーフィル ムであって、前記充填剤粒子が、フィルムポリマー中に添加される前に前駆体シ リコーン樹脂粒子を焼成することにより得られたものである、ポリマーフィルム 。 2.前記充填剤粒子が所望により有機基を含み、そして充填剤粒子中に存在す る有機基の珪素原子に対する比が0〜0.9:1の範囲である、請求の範囲1記 載のフィルム。 3.前記充填剤粒子が80m2/g未満のBET比表面積を有する、請求の範 囲1または2に記載のポリマーフィルム。 4.前記充填剤粒子が1.95〜2.3g/cm3の骨格密度を有する、請求 の範囲1〜3のいずれか1項記載のポリマーフィルム。 5.フィルム中のポリマーの重量を基準にして、充填剤粒子を0.0005% 〜2重量%含むポリマーフィルムであって、前記充填剤粒子が0.05〜0.9 :1の比率で存在する有機基および珪素原子を含み、前記充填剤粒子が0.1〜 12.5μmの体積分布メジアン粒径を有する、ポリマーフィルム。 6.フィルム中のポリマーの重量を基準にして、充填剤粒子を0.0005〜 2重量%含むポリマーフィルムであって、前記充填剤粒子が Rx(OH)ySiO2-((x+y)/2) (式中、xは0.05〜0.9であり、そしてyは0〜1.2であり、そしてR は有機基である。) の三次元ポリマー鎖構造を含み、前記充填剤粒子が0.1〜12. 5μmの体積分布メジアン粒径を有する、ポリマーフィルム。 7.ポリマーフィルムを製造するための方法であって、 (i)前駆体シリコーン樹脂粒子を少なくとも250℃の温度で焼成して、0 .1〜12.5μmの体積分布メジアン粒径を有する焼成充填剤粒子を製造する こと、 (ii)前記焼成充填剤粒子を、ポリマーの重量を基準として、0.0005 〜2重量%の濃度でポリマーまたはポリマー形成性材料と混合すること、および 、 (iii)ポリマー/焼成充填剤粒子混合物を押出成形してフィルムを形成さ せること、 の工程を含む方法。 8.前記焼成充填剤粒子が Rx(OH)ySiO2-((x+y)/2) (式中、xは0〜0.9であり、そしてyは0〜1.2であり、そしてRは有機 基である。) の三次元ポリマー鎖構造を含む、請求の範囲7記載の方法。 9.xが0.05〜0.9の範囲である、請求の範囲8記載の方法。 10.yが0.2〜1.0の範囲である、請求の範囲8または9に記載の方法。
