Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(i)5〜100の平均重合度Pを有する、プロペン、1−ブテン、2−ブ テン、イソブテン、1,3−ブタジエンもしくはこれらの混合物またはイソブテ ン(この場合、50重量%までのイソブテンは、コモノマーとしての他のC2〜 C6−オレフィンによって代替されていてよい)のポリマーと、窒素酸化物また は窒素酸化物および酸素の混合物との反応生成物、または (ii)反応生成物(i)の形成後に塩基を用いての脱離によってニトロ含有ア ルケンに変換された反応生成物(i)、または (iii)反応生成物(i)の形成後に水素化によって主に構造式XIX、XX I、XXIIIおよび/またはXXV 〔式中、R1は炭素原子数8〜600の長鎖の線状または分枝鎖状アルキル基で あり、 R2は水素またはC1〜C3−アルキルであり、 R3は1個の炭素原子またはCH2基によって短縮された基R1である〕のアミノ アルカンに変換された反応生成物(i)、 (iv)反応生成物(i)の形成後に塩基を用いての脱離によってニトロ含有ア ルケンに変換されかつ次いで水素化によってアミノアルカンに変換された反応生 成物(i)、または (v)反応生成物(i)の形成後に塩基を用いての脱離によってニトロ含有アル ケンに変換され、次いでアミンまたはアルコールの添加およびその後の水素化ま たはアルデヒドを生じる分解およびこのアルデヒドへのアミンの付加およびその 後の水素化によってアミノアルカンに変換された反応生成物(i) の燃料用添加剤としての使用ならびに反応生成物(ii)〜(v)の場合には潤 滑油用添加剤としての使用。 2.燃料用添加剤としての請求項1記載の反応生成物の使用、この場合この反応 生成物は、異なるニトロ基含有アルカンの混合物の形で存在し、この混合物は、 主要成分として一般式IおよびII 〔式中、R1およびR2は請求項1記載の意味を有する〕の化合物を含有する。 3.その反応生成物の形成後に塩基を用いての脱離によってニトロ基含有アルケ ンに変換された、5〜100の平均重合度Pを有する、プロペン、1−ブテン、 2−ブテン、イソブテン、1,3−ブタジエンもしくはこれらの混合物またはイ ソブテン(この場合、50重量%までのイソブテンは、コモノマーとしての他の C2〜C6−オレフィンによって代替されていてよい)のポリマーと、窒素酸化物 または窒素酸化物および酸素の混合物との反応生成物。 4.主に構造式XVIIおよび/またはXVIII 〔式中、 R1は炭素原子数8〜600の長鎖の線状または分枝鎖状アルキル基であり、 R2は水素またはC1〜C3−アルキルであり、 R3は1個の炭素原子またはCH2基によって短縮された基R1である〕を有する 、請求項3記載の反応生成物。 5.請求項4または5記載のニトロ基含有アルケンを製造する方法において、5 〜100の平均重合度Pを有する、プロペン、1−ブテン、2−ブテン、イソブ テン、1,3−ブタジエンもしくはこれらの混合物またはイソブテン(この場合 、50重量%までのイソブテンは、コモノマーとしての他のC2〜C6−オレフィ ンによって代替されていてよい)のポリマーと、窒素酸化物または窒素酸化物お よび酸素の混合物との反応生成物に形成後に塩基を用いて脱離する、請求項4ま たは5記載のニトロ基含有アルケンの製造法。 6.その反応生成物の形成後に水素化によって構造式XIX、XXI、XXII Iおよび/またはXXV 〔式中、 R1は炭素原子数8〜600の長鎖の線状または分枝鎖状アルキル基であり、 R2は水素またはC1〜C3−アルキルであり、 R3は1個の炭素原子またはCH2基によって短縮された基R1である〕のアミノ アルカンに変換された、5〜100の平均重合度Pを有する、プロペン、1−ブ テン、2−ブテン、イソブテン、1,3−ブタジエンもしくはこれらの混合物ま たはイソブテン(この場合、50重量%までのイソブテンは、コモノマーとして の他のC2〜C6−オレフィンによって代替されていてよい)のポリマーと、窒素 酸化物または窒素酸化物および酸素の混合物との反応生成物。 7.請求項6記載の構造式XIX、XXI、XXIIIおよび/またはXXVの アミノアルカンを製造す る方法において、5〜100の平均重合度Pを有する、プロペン、1−ブテン、 2−ブテン、イソブテン、1,3−ブタジエンもしくはこれらの混合物またはイ ソブテン(この場合、50重量%までのイソブテンは、コモノマーとしての他の C2〜C6−オレフィンによって代替されていてよい)のポリマーと、窒素酸化物 または窒素酸化物および酸素の混合物との反応生成物を形成後に水素化する、請 求項6記載の構造式XIX、XXI、XXIIIおよび/またはXXVのアミノ アルカンの製造法。 8.その反応生成物の形成後に塩基を用いての脱離によってニトロ基含有アルケ ンに変換されかつ次いで水素化によってアミノアルカンに変換された、5〜10 0の平均重合度Pを有する、プロペン、1−ブテン、2−ブテン、イソブテン、 1,3−ブタジエンもしくはこれらの混合物またはイソブテン(この場合、50 重量%までのイソブテンは、コモノマーとしての他のC2〜C6−オレフィンによ って代替されていてよい)のポリマーと、窒素酸化物または窒素酸化物および酸 素の混合物との反応生成物。 9.主に構造式XXVIIおよび/またはXXVIII 〔式中、 R1は炭素原子数8〜600の長鎖の線状または分枝鎖状アルキル基であり、 R2は水素またはC1〜C3−アルキルであり、 R3は1個の炭素原子またはCH2基によって短縮された基R1である〕を有する 、請求項3記載の反応生成物。 10.請求項8または9記載のアミノアルカンを製造する方法において、5〜1 00の平均重合度Pを有する、プロペン、1−ブテン、2−ブテン、イソブテン 、1,3−ブタジエンもしくはこれらの混合物またはイソブテン(この場合、5 0重量%までのイソブテンは、コモノマーとしての他のC2〜C6−オレフィンに よって代替されていてよい)のポリマーと、窒素酸化物または窒素酸化物および 酸素の混合物との反応生成物に形成後に塩基を用いての脱離を行ない、次いで生 じるニトロ基含有アルケンを水素化することを特徴とする、請求項8または9記 載のアミノアルカンの製造法。 11.その反応生成物の形成後に塩基を用いての脱離によってニトロ基含有アル ケンに変換されかつ次い でアミンまたはアルコールの添加およびその後に水素化またはアルデヒドを生じ る分解およびこのアルデヒドへのアミンの付加およびその後の水素化によってア ミノアルカンに変換された、5〜100の平均重合度Pを有する、プロペン、1 −ブテン、2−ブテン、イソブテン、1,3−ブタジエンもしくはこれらの混合 物またはイソブテン(この場合、50重量%までのイソブテンは、コモノマーと しての他のC2〜C6−オレフィンによって代替されていてよい)のポリマーと、 窒素酸化物または窒素酸化物および酸素の混合物との反応生成物。 12.その反応生成物の形成後に塩基を用いての脱離によってニトロ基含有アル ケンに変換されかつ次いで式HNR4R5のアミンまたは式R4−OHのアルコー ルの添加およびその後に水素化またはアルデヒドを生じる分解およびこのアルデ ヒドへのアミンの付加およびその後の水素化によってアミノアルカンに変換され 、このアミノアルカンが主に構造式XXIX〜XXXIV 〔式中、 R1は炭素原子数8〜600の長鎖の線状または分枝鎖状アルキル基であり、 R2は水素またはC1〜C3−アルキルであり、 R3は1個の炭素原子またはCH2基によって短縮された基R1であり、 R4およびR5はそれぞれC1〜C30−アルキル、C2〜C30−アルケニル、C5〜 C8−シクロアルキル、C7〜C18−アラルキルまたは非置換もしくは置換C6〜 C14−アリール基であり、この場合R5は水素であってもよい〕の1つまたはそ れ以上を有する、5〜100の平均重合度Pを有す る、プロペン、1−ブテン、2−ブテン、イソブテン、1,3−ブタジエンもし くはこれらの混合物またはイソブテン(この場合、50重量%までのイソブテン は、コモノマーとしての他のC2〜C6−オレフィンによって代替されていてよい )のポリマーと、窒素酸化物または窒素酸化物および酸素の混合物との反応生成 物。 13.請求項11または12記載のアミノアルカンを製造する方法において、5 〜100の平均重合度Pを有する、プロペン、1−ブテン、2−ブテン、イソブ テン、1,3−ブタジエンもしくはこれらの混合物またはイソブテン(この場合 、50重量%までのイソブテンは、コモノマーとしての他のC2〜C6−オレフィ ンによって代替されていてよい)のポリマーと、窒素酸化物または窒素酸化物お よび酸素の混合物との反応生成物を形成後に塩基を用いての脱離によってニトロ 基含有アルケンに変換し、アミンまたはアルコールの添加およびその後の水素化 またはアルデヒドを生じる分解およびこのアルデヒドへのアミンの付加およびそ の後の水素化によってアミノアルカンに変換することを特徴とする、請求項11 または12記載のアミノアルカンの製造法。 14.請求項1または2記載の反応生成物(i)〜(v)の有効量を含有するガ ソリン機関用燃料。 15.請求項1記載の反応生成物(ii)〜(v)の 有効量を含有する潤滑油。
