Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.珪酸塩と酸性化剤とを反応させて沈降シリカの懸濁液を得、次いでこの懸濁 液を分離し且つ乾燥させることを含み、その際、沈降を、 (i)珪酸塩と電解質とを含む初期ベース原料であって該初期ベース原料中のS iO2として表わされる珪酸塩の濃度が100g/リットル未満であり且つ該初 期ベース原料中の電解質濃度が17g/リットル未満である前記初期ベース原料 を形成させ、 (ii)この初期ベース原料に酸性化剤を、反応混合物のpH値が少なくとも約7 になるまで添加し、 (iii) この反応混合物に酸性化剤と珪酸塩とを同時に添加する という態様で実施し、そして24重量%以下の固体含有率を有する懸濁液を乾燥 させる、沈降シリカの製造方法であって、 次の2通りの操作(a)及び(b): (a)工程(iii) の後に反応混合物に少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物Aを 添加し、次いで塩基性試薬を添加し、前記分離がろ過及びこのろ過から得られた ケークの粉砕を含み、この粉砕を少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物Bの存在 下で実施する; (b)工程(iii) の後に反応混合物に珪酸塩と少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化 合物Aとを同時に添加し、前記分離がろ過及びこのろ過から得られたケークの粉 砕を含む場合には、この粉砕を好ましくは少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物 Bの存在下で実施する: の内の一方を含むことを特徴とする、前記方法。 2.珪酸塩と酸性化剤とを反応させて沈降シリカの沈殿を得、次いでこの懸濁液 を分離し且つ乾燥させることを含み、その際、 ・沈降を、 (i)珪酸塩と電解質とを含む初期ベース原料であって該初期ベース原料中のS iO2として表わされる珪酸塩の濃度が100g/リットル未満であり且 つ該初期ベース原料中の電解質濃度が17g/リットル未満である前記初期ベー ス原料を形成させ、 (ii)この初期ベース原料に酸性化剤を、反応混合物のpH値が少なくとも7に なるまで添加し、 (iii) この反応混合物に酸性化剤と珪酸塩とを同時に添加する という態様で実施し、 ・次いで次の連続工程: (iv)この反応混合物に少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物Aを添加し、 (v)この反応混合物に塩基性試薬を、好ましくは反応混合物のpH値が6.5 〜10の範囲、特に7.2〜8.6の範囲になるまで、添加し、 (vi)この反応混合物に酸性化剤を、好ましくは反応混合物のpH値が3〜5の 範囲、特に3.4〜4.5の範囲になるまで、添加する を実施し、 ・前記分離がろ過及びこのろ過から得られたケークの粉砕を含み、この粉砕を少 なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物Bの存在下で実施し、 ・そしてせいぜい24重量%の固体含有率を示す懸濁液を乾燥させる、 請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3.工程(iii) と工程(iv)との間に反応混合物に酸性化剤を、好ましくは反応 混合物のpH値が3〜6.5の範囲になるまで、添加することを特徴とする、請 求の範囲第2項記載の方法。 4.珪酸塩と酸性化剤とを反応させることによって沈降シリカの懸濁液を得、次 いでこの懸濁液を分離し且つ乾燥させることを含み、その際、沈降を、 (i)珪酸塩と電解質とを含む初期ベース原料であって該初期ベース原料中のS iO2として表わされる珪酸塩の濃度が100g/リットル未満であり且つ該初 期ベース原料中の電解質濃度が17g/リットル未満である前記初期ベース原料 を形成させ、 (ii)この初期ベース原料に酸性化剤を、反応混合物のpH値が少なくとも約7 になるまで添加し、 (iii) この反応混合物に酸性化剤と珪酸塩とを同時に添加し、 (iv)この反応混合物に珪酸塩と少なくとも1種のアルミニウム化合物Aとを同 時に添加する という態様で実施し、そしてせいぜい24重量%の固体含有率を有する懸濁液を 乾燥させる、請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 5.工程(iv)の後に反応混合物に酸性化剤を、好ましくは反応混合物のpH値 が3〜6.5の範囲になるまで添加することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第4項記 載の方法。 6.分離がろ過及びこのろ過から得られたケークの粉砕を含み、この粉砕を少な くとも1種のアルミニウム化合物Bの存在下で実施することを特徴とする、請求 の範囲第4又は5項記載の方法。 7.アルミニウム化合物A及びBの使用量が、製造される沈降シリカが少なくと も0.35重量%のアルミニウムを含有するようになる量であることを特徴とす る、請求の範囲第1〜6項のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.アルミニウム化合物Aが有機又は無機アルミニウム塩であり、この有機塩が 好ましくはカルボン酸又はポリカルボン酸から選択され、無機塩が好ましくはハ ロゲン化物、オキシハロゲン化物、硝酸塩、燐酸塩、硫酸塩及びオキシ硫酸塩か ら選択されることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1〜7項のいずれかに記載の方法 。 9.アルミニウム化合物Aが硫酸アルミニウムであることを特徴とする、請求の 範囲第1〜8項のいずれかに記載の方法。 10.化合物Bがアルカリ金属アルミン酸塩であることを特徴とする、請求の範 囲第1〜9項のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.アルミニウム化合物Bがアルミン酸ナトリウムであることを特徴とする、 請求の範囲第1〜10項のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.分離がフィルタープレスによって実施されるろ過を含むことを特徴とする 、請求の範囲第1〜11項のいずれかに記載の方法。 13.乾燥を噴霧によって実施することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1〜12項 のいずれかに記載の方法。 14.15重量%より高い、好ましくは17重量%より高い固体含有率を示す懸 濁液を乾燥させることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第13項記載の方法。 15.乾燥をノズル式噴霧器によって実施する実施することを特徴とする、請求 の範囲第12〜14項のいずれかに記載の方法。 16.乾燥生成物を次いで微粉砕することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第12〜1 5項のいずれかに記載の方法。 17.微粉砕された生成物を次いで凝集させることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第 16項記載の方法。 18.せいぜい15重量%の固体含有率を示す懸濁液を乾燥させることを特徴と する、請求の範囲第13項記載の方法。 19.乾燥生成物を次いで凝集させることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第18項記 載の方法。 20.請求の範囲第1〜19項のいずれかに記載の方法に従って得ることができ る沈降シリカ。 21.・140〜200m2/gの範囲のCTAB比表面積、 ・140〜200m2/gの範囲のBET比表面積、 ・300ミリリットル/100gより低いDOP油吸収値、 ・3μmより小さい超音波解凝集後のメジアン直径値(φ50)、 ・10ミリリットルより大きい超音波解凝集ファクター(FD)、 ・少なくとも0.35重量%のアルミニウム含有率 を有することを特徴とする沈降シリカ。 22.少なくとも0.45重量%のアルミニウム含有率を有することを特徴とす る、請求の範囲第21項記載のシリカ。 23.0.50〜1.50重量%の範囲、特に0.75〜1.40重量%の範囲 のアルミニウム含有率を有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第21又は22項 記載のシリカ。 24.2.8μmより小さい超音波解凝集後のメジアン直径値(φ50)を有する ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第21〜23項のいずれかに記載のシリカ。 25.11ミリリットルより高い、特に少なくとも15ミリリットルの超音波解 凝集ファクターFDを有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第21〜24項のい ずれかに記載のシリカ。 26.200〜295ミリリットル/100gの範囲のDOP油吸収値を有する ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第21〜25項のいずれかに記載のシリカ。 27.直径175〜275Åの範囲の細孔が構成する細孔容積が直径400Å以 下の細孔が構成する細孔容積の少なくとも50%を占めることを特徴とする、請 求の範囲第21〜26項のいずれかに記載のシリカ。 28.少なくとも80μmの平均寸法を持つ実質的に球状のビーズの形にあるこ とを特徴とする、請求の範囲第21〜27項のいずれかに記載のシリカ。 29.平均寸法が少なくとも100μm、特に少なくとも150μmであること を特徴とする、請求の範囲第28項記載のシリカ。 30.少なくとも15μmの平均寸法を持つ粉体の形にあることを特徴とする、 請求の範囲第21〜27項のいずれかに記載のシリカ。 31.240〜290ミリリットル/100gの範囲のDOP油吸収値を有する ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第28〜30項のいずれかに記載のシリカ。 32.少なくとも1mmの寸法の顆粒の形にあることを特徴とする、請求の範囲 第21〜27項のいずれかに記載のシリカ。 33.200〜260ミリリットル/100gの範囲のDOP油吸収値を有する ことを特徴とする、請求の範囲第32項記載のシリカ。 34.エラストマー用の補強用充填材としての、請求の範囲第1〜19項のいず れかに記載の方法によって得られたシリカ又は請求の範囲第20〜33項のいず れかに記載のシリカの使用。
