Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.圧力発生のための制御信号への応答手段を備えた電流−圧力変換器と、 前記制御信号と前記電流−圧力変換器との間に配置され、そのダイナミック 入出力特性を変化させうるように調節が可能な時定数を有するダイナミック入出 力特性を備えたフィルタと、 該フィルタを選択的に作動および作動解除しうる手段 とを備えてなる、圧力発生のための制御信号に応答する装置。 2.前記フィルタが前記電流−圧力変換器の一部分を構成してなる請求の範囲第 1項記載の装置。 3.前記フィルタが主一次ラグフィルタである請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 4.前記フィルタがローパスフィルタである請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 5.前記フィルタが演算増幅器を備えてなる請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 6.前記フィルタが前記演算増幅器に接続される抵抗器−コンデンサ回路を備え てなる請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 7.前記フィルタがディジタルフィルタである請求の範囲第1 項記載の装置。 8.前記フィルタが、ダイナミック入出力特性を得るようにディジタル演算を実 行するための演算手段を備えてなる請求の範囲第7項記載の装置。 9.前記演算手段がマイクロプロッセッサを備えてなる請求の範囲第8項記載の 装置。 10.プロセスパラメータを有するプロセスを制御するためのシステムであって 、プロセスパラメータを検出するための検出手段と、検出されたプロセスパラメ ータから生じる入力信号を受信する受信手段および入力信号に応じた制御機出力 信号を発進する発進手段を備えたプロセス制御機と、圧力を生ぜしめるために前 記制御機出力信号を受信する電流−圧力変換器と、該変換器によって発生させら れた圧力を受けるバルブアクチエータと、プロセス制御のために該バルブアクチ エータが装備されたバルブとを備えており、その改良が、 制御信号と電流−圧力変換器との間に配置されたフィルタと、該フィルタを 選択的に作動および非作動させるための選択手段とを備えており、前記フィルタ は、システムのゲインを、システム安定維持のためには十分に小さく且つプロセ スパラメータを調整してプロセスの負荷変動を実質的に補整するためには十分に 大きい値となるよう、実質的に保証しうるダイナミック入出力特性を有しており 、このフィルタのダイナミック入出力特性はそれを変化させるように調節可能な 時定数を有しており、さらに、選択的にフィルタの作動・非作動をなしうる手段 も備えられてなるシステム。 11.前記フィルタが前記電流−圧力変換器の一部分を構成してなる請求の範囲 第10項記載のシステム。 12.前記フィルタが主一次ラグフィルタである請求の範囲第10項記載の装置 。 13.前記フィルタがローパスフィルタである請求の範囲第10項記載の装置。 14.前記フィルタが演算増幅器を備えてなる請求の範囲第10項記載の装置。 15.前記フィルタが前記演算増幅器に接続される抵抗器−コンデンサ回路を備 えてなる請求の範囲第14項記載の装置。 16.前記フィルタがディジタルフィルタである請求の範囲第10項記載の装置 。 17.前記フィルタが、ダイナミック入出力特性を得るようにディジタル演算を 実行するための演算手段を備えてなる請求の範囲第16項記載の装置。 18.前記演算手段がマイクロプロッセッサを備えてなる請求の範囲第17項記 載の装置。
