Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.可燃性材料の触媒酸化のための方法であって、 加熱された反応ゾーンで、酸素の存在下で、前記可燃性材料を、担持されたクロ ム触媒と接触させることを含み、ここで、前記クロム触媒は、固体の担体上にク ロム化合物を含浸すること、前記担体を乾燥すること、および、前記クロム化合 物を含む前記担体を725℃〜1100℃の温度でカ焼することにより調製され たものである、方法。 2.反応熱を回収する工程を更に含む、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.前記可燃性材料は、炭化水素、塩素化炭化水素、塩素含有ポリマーおよび それらの混合物からなる群より選ばれた成分を含む、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 4.前記触媒は0.5〜30重量%のクロム金属を含む、請求の範囲1記載の 方法。 5.前記カ焼の時間が5分〜1時間の範囲である、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 6.前記クロム化合物が、塩化クロム、酸化クロム、酸化第二クロム、燐酸ク ロム、酢酸クロム、蟻酸クロム、硝酸クロム、臭化クロム、炭酸クロム、水酸化 クロム(chromic hydroxide)、クロム酸バリウムおよび二クロム酸カリウムから なる群より選ばれたものである、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 7.前記可燃性材料がエチレンのオキシクロリネーションから生じた副生成物 廃棄ストリームを含む、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 8.前記反応ゾーンが400〜800℃の温度に維持されている、請求の範囲 1記載の方法。 9.炭素に対して過剰のモルの酸素が前記反応ゾーンに導入される、請求の範 囲1記載の方法。 10.前記可燃性材料が塩素化化合物を含み、且つ、前記反応ゾーンにフィード される前記可燃性材料の内容物が、水素/塩素の比が1.4〜5.5となるよう に調節される、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 11.前記クロム触媒が固定床反応ゾーンおける使用のために適切な形状および サイズのものである、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 12.前記クロム触媒が流動床反応ゾーンにおける使用のために適切な形状およ びサイズのものである、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 13.前記固体の担体材料が、アルミナ、シリカ−アルミナ、モリブデン−アル ミナ、活性アルミナ、シリカゲル、珪藻土、フラー土、多孔質珪藻土、軽石、ア スベスト、カオリン、ベントナイト、ゼオライトおよびシリカ−マグネシア−ア ルミナからなる群より選ばれたものである、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 14.前記固体の担体材料がアルミナである、請求の範囲13記載の方法。 15.クロム触媒を調製するための方法であって、 固体の担体材料と、クロム化合物とを接触させて、処理された担体材料を形成す ること、前記処理された担体材料を乾燥すること、および、前記処理された担体 材料が少なくとも725℃の温度に達するのに少なくとも十分である温度および 時間、前記処理された担体材料をカ焼すること、 を含む方法。 16.前記固体の担体材料が、アルミナ、シリカ−アルミナ、モリブデン−アル ミナ、活性アルミナ、シリカゲル、珪藻土、フラー土、多孔質珪藻土、軽石、ア スベスト、カオリン、ベントナイト、ゼ オライトおよびシリカ−マグネシア−アルミナからなる群より選ばれたものであ る、請求の範囲15記載の方法。 17.前記固体の担体材料がアルミナである、請求の範囲16記載の方法。 18.前記カ焼温度が900℃〜1000℃の範囲である、請求の範囲15記載の 方法。 19.前記クロム触媒が固定床反応ゾーンにおける使用のために適切な形状およ びサイズである、請求の範囲15記載の方法。 20.前記クロム触媒が流動床反応ゾーンにおける使用のために適切な形状およ びサイズである、請求の範囲15記載の方法。 21.前記触媒中に含まれるクロム金属の量が0.1〜30重量%である、請求 の範囲15記載の方法。 22.前記触媒中に含まれるクロム金属の量が2〜10重量%である、請求の範 囲15記載の方法。 23.前記触媒中に含まれるクロム金属の量が4〜6重量%である、請求の範囲 15記載の方法。 24.クロム化合物および固体の担体材料を含むクロム触媒であって、前記触媒 が、前記クロムを含浸した後に、725℃〜1100℃の温度でカ焼することに より調製されたものである、クロム触媒。 25.前記固体の担体材料が、アルミナ、シリカ−アルミナ、モリブデン−アル ミナ、活性アルミナ、シリカゲル、珪藻土、フラー土、多孔質珪藻土、軽石、ア スベスト、カオリン、ベントナイト、ゼオライトおよびシリカ−マグネシア−ア ルミナからなる群より選ばれたものである、請求の範囲24記載の触媒。 26.前記固体の担体材料がアルミナである、請求の範囲25記載の触媒。 27.前記カ焼温度が900〜1000℃の範囲である、請求の範囲21記載の触 媒。 28.前記クロム触媒が固定床反応ゾーンにおける使用のために適切な形状およ びサイズである、請求の範囲21記載の触媒。 29.前記クロム触媒が流動床反応ゾーンにおける使用のために適切な形状およ びサイズである、請求の範囲21記載の触媒。 30.少なくとも50m2/gの表面積を有する、請求の範囲21記載の触媒。
