Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.製造物(1)を正圧下で窒素または空気等の所望の気体で加圧し(A)、該気体を 前記製造物(1)中に分散させ、次いで、製造物(1)を、製造物(1)の融点より低い 温度および減圧下での熱処理に付すことによってインフレートする(B)発泡フィ ルム状プラスチック製品の製造方法において、インフレートされる前記フィルム 状プラスチック製品(1)がラメラの構造境界層を有していることを特徴とするこ と。 2.前記インフレートされるプラスチック製造物(1)が二軸延伸されている請求 項1に記載の方法。 3.前記インフレートされるプラスチック構造物(1)が予備発泡されている請求 項1に記載の方法。 4.前記製造物(1)が正圧下で1つのローラー(3)から別のローラー(4)に巻取ら れ、製造物(1)のインフレーションが、該製造物が反対方向に巻き取られている 間に、加熱可能なローラー(7,8)によって行われる請求項1に記載の方法。 5.プラスチック製造物(1)が、製造工程中に添加される発泡剤または固体粒子 などを用いることによって、ラメラの不連続相が製造物(1)中に作られるように 予備発泡され、前記ラメラの不連続相が予備発泡された泡または寸断から得られ る間隙などからなる請求項1に記載の方法。 6.前記熱処理が輻射加熱によって、または2基の加熱ローラー(7,8)のローラ ー間隙において行われる方法において、最終製造物の厚さとインフレーションの 程度とが前記ローラー間隙の距離と加熱ローラー(7,8)を通過するフィルムの走 行距離を調節することによって調整される請求項1に記載の方法。 7.前記製造物(1)が、前記熱処理の間、負圧に付される請求項1に記載の方法 。
