Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.オープンスペースのボイラー管を、ガス流による腐蝕・浸蝕から保護する のに好適な耐熱タイルであって、 (a) ボイラー管にそって伸長し、ガス流の方に向いた前面と、ボイラー管の表 面の約半分以下と接触するように作成された背面を有するセラミック体、 (b) タイルの前面からガス流の方に張り出すセラミック遮蔽材、 (c) そのセラミック体の背面の入口からその遮蔽材の前面を貫いて延びるキャ ビティであって、その遮蔽材の前面の方が段状に拡大されてショルダーを形成し たキャビティ、 を含んでなり、ボイラー管に固定されたネジ付きスタッドを用い、タイルをボイ ラー管に合わせ、スタッドをキャビティの中に通し、スタッドをナットでネジ止 めしてショルダーを押さえ、それによってタイルをボイラー管に押しつけること によりタイルがボイラー管に固定されることができる耐熱タイル。 2.セラミック体と遮蔽材が単一の一体物を含んでなる請求項1に記載のタイ ル。 3.遮蔽材とセラミック体が別個な物体である請求項1に記載のタイル。 4.遮蔽材の前面のキャビティをぴったりと塞いでシールするように合わせら れたセラミックプラグをさらに含んでなる請求項1に記載のタイル。 5.その伸長したセラミック体の一方の端部に突合せ端部と、その伸長したセ ラミック体の他方の端部にカラーをさらに備え、それによって二つのタイルが相 互はぎ接続によって端部と端部で一緒に適合されることができる請求項1に記載 のタイル。 6.その入口が長手方向に伸長された請求項1に記載のタイル。 7.ボイラー管の端から端まで取り付けられた複数の耐熱タイルによって、ガ ス流による腐蝕・浸蝕から保護されたボイラー管であって、その各タイルは、 (a) ボイラー管にそって伸長し、ガス流の方に向いた前面と、ボイラー管の表 面の約半分以下と接触するように作成された背面を有するセラミック体、 (b) タイルの前面からガス流の方に張り出すセラミック遮蔽材、 (c) そのセラミック体の背面の入口からその遮蔽材の前面を貫いて延びるキャ ビティであって、その遮蔽材の前面の方が段状に拡大されてショルダーを形成し たキャビティ、 を含んでなり、ボイラー管に固定されたネジ付きスタッドを用い、タイルをボイ ラー管に合わせ、スタッドをキャビティの中に通し、スタッドをナットでネジ止 めしてショルダーを押さえ、それによってタイルをボイラー管に押しつけること により各タイルがボイラー管に固定されることができる耐熱タイルを備えた保護 ボイラー管。 8.各タイルが、その伸長したセラミック体の一方の端部に突合せ端部と、そ の伸長したセラミック体の他方の端部にカラーをさらに備え、それによって二つ のタイルが相互はぎ接続によって端部と端部で一緒に適合されることができる請 求項7に保護ボイラー管。 9.その入口が長手方向に伸長された請求項7に記載の保護ボイラー管。
