Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に内燃機関の排ガス中の酸素含有量を検出するための測定センサに用い られる接続ラインであって、金属製のケーシングから導出され、かつ電気的な絶 縁体を有する少なくとも1つの接続ケーブルを備えており、該接続ケーブルが被 覆管によって取り囲まれている形式のものにおいて、 接続ケーブル(16)の絶縁体(23)が、高温安定性を有する材料の編成体 から成っていて、かつ被覆管(19)がケーシング(11)に溶接されているこ とを特徴とする、測定センサに用いられる接続ライン。 2.測定センサ側の接続ケーブル(16)を備えた、測定センサ側のライン区 分(15)と、コネクタ側の接続ケーブル(18)を備えた、コネクタ側のライ ン区分(17)とが設けられており、両ライン区分(15,17)の間に、接点 接続部(26)のための交差個所(20)が設けられていて、前記接点接続部( 26)によって、測定センサ側の前記接続ケーブル(16)とコネクタ側の前記 接続ケーブル(18)とが接触接続可能である、請求項1記載の接続ライン。 3.前記接点接続部(26)がシールエレメント(30)によって取り囲まれ ている、請求項2記載の接続ライン。 4.前記シールエレメント(30)によって、被覆管(19)とコネクタ側の 接続ケーブル(18)とが少なくとも水密に取り囲まれている、請求項3記載の 接続ライン。 5.前記シールエレメント(30)が中空室(31)を有しており、該中空室 (31)を介して、ガスもしくは空気が被覆管(19)に導入可能である、請求 項4記載の接続ライン。 6.前記中空室(31)が、コネクタ側の接続ケーブル(18)を介して流入 するガスもしくは空気が、被覆管(19)にさらに導入可能であるように形成さ れている、請求項5記載の接続ライン。 7.高温安定性の絶縁体(23)が、編成されたグラスファイバである、請求 項1記載の接続ライン。 8.高温安定性の前記絶縁体(23)が、セラミックスファイバから成る編成 体である、請求項1記載の接続ライン。 9.ケーシング(12)が、接続区分(33)に向かって、円筒形の開口(3 4)で減径しており、円筒形の該開口(34)内に被覆管(19)が、溶接継目 (35)を介してガス密に固定されている、請求項1記載の接続ライン。
