Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.蒸留残渣の有機酸含有画分を製造する方法であって; 蒸留残渣をクロマトグラフにより分離し、結果として得られる有機酸含有残画 分のpH値を酸を加えることによって低下させ、および形成された沈澱物を分離 して無機画分を得てその後有機画分が残るようにすることを特徴とする方法。 2.無機酸、好ましくは硫酸が酸として使用されることを特徴とする請求項 1記載の方法。 3.pHが5.0未満の値、好ましくは約3.0ないし3.8の値に調整さ れることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4. 乾燥固形分が約35ないし45重量%になるよう濃縮された蒸留残渣 に酸を加えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の方法。 5. 無機画分が主に、蒸発晶出装置内で蒸留残渣を濃縮することによって 好ましくは結晶として沈澱するカリウム塩からなることを特徴とする請求項1な いし4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6. 乾燥固形分が約40ないし80重量%好ましくは約55ないし65重 量%になるまで、蒸留残渣を濃縮することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 7. 請求項1記載の方法で製造される有機画分。 8. 蒸留残渣を基とした有機画分であって; 酸性であること、その有機酸含有量が多いことおよびそのカリウム含有量が少 ないことを特徴とする有機画分。 9. 請求項7項又は8に記載の有機画分であって;有機酸として、乳酸、 ピロリドンカルボン酸および酢酸を主に含有することを特徴とする有機画分。 10. 請求項1に記載の方法で製造される無機画分。
