Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.加熱蒸気が熱交換面の端部で蒸気分配器から膜部材の熱交換面に供給され、 前記蒸気分配器が蒸気を熱交換面の全幅に導く平行導管(3)を有している熱交 換器であって、蒸気分配器は、二つの対向する壁要素(1,7)によって形成さ れ、該壁要素は、一方の要素の突起(2)と他方の要素の対応する溝(6)とに よって相互に固定され、前記熱交換面を構成する前記膜(9)は、相互に固定さ れる突起と溝との間にロックされていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 2.前記突起(2)と溝(6)とは、それらが壁要素(1,7)間に蒸気の通路 を切り開くように細長く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交 換器。 3.壁要素(1,7)は、相互にロックする突起(2)と溝(3)とによって形 成されるスナップ固定手段(8)により相互に固定されていることを特徴とする 請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器。 4.蒸気分配器の壁要素(1)は、一方側で液体導管(11)を規定し、熱を受 容する液体は液体導管から熱交換膜(9)の当該側に供給され、前記膜は蒸気に 関して対向していることを特徴とする前記の請求項のいずれかに記載の熱交換器 。 5.複数の交互に配置された熱交換膜と、複数の対向し、相互にリンクされた壁 要素(1,7)とを有し、その間に熱交換膜(9)の端部がロックされて、それ らの間に蒸気及び液体の分配器として機能する導管システム(3,11)を規定 し、前記導管は蒸気及び液体を膜の間の交互の空間に導くことを特徴とする請求 項4に記載の熱交換器。 6.熱交換膜(9)は、要素がバッグの内側及びバッグの外側に交互に位置する ように対向する壁要素(1,7)にリンクされたバッグ(10)に形成されてい ることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱交換器。 7.バッグ(10)内の各壁要素は、要素間に蒸気導管(3)を形成する突起( 2,4)を有する蒸気分配要素(1)であり、バッグの外側の各壁要素は、要素 間に液体導管(11)を形成するように輪郭づけされた液体分配要素(7)であ ることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱交換器。 8.壁要素(1,7)は、プラスチックから射出成形により形成されていること を特徴とする前記の請求項のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。 9.問題のものは、蒸留器であり、加熱蒸気は、加熱され、圧縮機を介して循環 される液体から得られた蒸気で形成され、蒸気は、熱交換工程において液体に再 凝縮されることを特徴とする前記の請求項のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
