Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.熱伝達プレート(2A;2B)のプレートスタックを含み、その熱伝達プ レートには第1の流体、例えば冷媒のために前記プレートスタックを通過する入 り口溝(17A;17B)を形成する入り口ポート(9A;9B)が設けられ、 また熱伝達プレート間において、それぞれ前記第1および第2の流体の流通のた めの第1の流路(13A;13B)および第2の流路を交互に定めるように配さ れる封止手段を含み、前記入り口溝(17A;17B)は前記第1の流路(13 A;13B)とつながっているが前記封止手段により前記第2の流路とのつなが りが閉鎖されている、第2の流体により第1の流体を蒸発させるためのプレート 熱交換器であって、 熱伝達プレート(2A;2B)にはプレートスタックを通過する分配溝(18 A;18B)を形成するさらなるポート(16A;16B)が設けられ、 熱伝達プレート(2A;2B)は、前記入り口溝(17A;17B)に沿って 分配し後者を前記分配溝(18A;18B)に接続する第1の通路(25A;2 5B)、および熱伝達プレート間の前記第1の流路(13A;13B)に分配溝 (18A;18B)を接続する第2の通路(26A;26B)を形成する ことを特徴とするプレート熱交換器。 2.前記第1および第2の通路(25A、25B;26A、26B)が、入り 口溝(17A;17B)と分配溝(18A;18B)との間、および分配溝(1 8A;18B)と前記第1の流路(13A;13B)との間にそれぞれ絞られた つながりを形成するような寸法である請求項1に記載のプレート熱交換器。 3.前記第1および/または第2の通路が、それぞれの熱伝達プレートにおい て通過穴(25A;25B)により形成される請求項1または2に記載のプレー ト熱交換器。 4.前記第1および/または第2の通路が、互いに隣接している隣接熱伝達プ レート(2B)の間に形成され、その隣接熱伝達プレートの少なくとも一つにく ぼみ(25B;26B)が形成される請求項1または2に記載のプレート熱交換 器。 5.前記第1の通路(25A;25B)の寸法が前記入り口溝(17A;17 B)に沿って異なる前記請求項のいずれかに記載のプレート熱交換器。 6.前記第1の通路(25A;25B)が入り口溝(17A;17B)の周縁 部に分配される前記請求項のいずれかに記載のプレート熱交換器。 7.前記第2の通路(26A;26B)の一つ以上が、分配溝(18A;18 B)と前記第1の流路(13A;13B)の各々の一つとの間をつなぐために設 けられ、前記分配溝(18A;18B)の周縁部に分配される前記請求項のいず れかに記載のプレート熱交換器。 8.前記第1の通路(25A;25B)の数が、前記入り口溝(17A;17 B)に沿った単位長さ毎に異なる前記請求項のいずれかに記載のプレート熱交換 器。 9.対になった隣接熱伝達プレート(2A)が前記入り口ポート(9A)の周 りおよび前記さらなるポート(16A)の周りの両方に対して互いに封止し、 前記隣接対の隣接熱伝達プレート(2A)が、二つの離れた領域(21、22 )においてそれぞれの前記入り口ポート(9A)の周り全体に対して互いに封止 し、これらの領域の間に前記入り口溝(17A)の周りにも延びるプレート間の 間隙空間(24)が残され、 前記分配溝(18A)が、前記入り口溝(17A)の周りに延びる前記各空間 (24)を通して延びている 前記請求項のいずれかに記載のプレート熱交換器。
