Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.相互接続要素を製造する方法であって、該相互接続要素は接触端部を有する 方法において、 犠牲基板上に先端構造を予備製造するステップと、 該先端構造を上記相互接続要素の接触端部に実装するステップと、 上記犠牲基板を除去するステップと、 を含むことを特徴とする方法。 2.前記相互接続要素は、伸長要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の 方法。 3.前記相互接続要素は、複合相互接続要素であることを特徴とする、請求項1 に記載の方法。 4.前記相互接続要素は、モノリシック相互接続要素であることを特徴とする、 請求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記相互接続要素は、膜プローブの接触バンプであることを特徴とする、請 求項1に記載の方法。 6.前記先端構造は、ある表面模様を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載 の方法。 7.前記先端構造は、前記相互接続要素にろう接、又は半田付けされることを特 徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 8.複数の先端構造が、前記犠牲基板上にリソグラフ的に規定されることを特徴 とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 9.前記先端構造は、片持ち梁であることを特徴とする、請求項1 に記載の方法。 10.前記先端構造は、犠牲基板上にマスキング層を設け、該マスキング層内に開 口を形成し、該開口内にばね材料を堆積することにより形成されることを特徴と する、請求項9に記載の方法。 11.前記先端構造は、その一方の端部から対向した端部へと勾配が付けられるこ とを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。 12.前記相互接続要素は、電子コンポーネント上に常駐することを特徴とする、 請求項1に記載の方法。 13.前記相互接続要素は、前記先端構造上に製造されると共に、前記先端構造は 、犠牲基板上に常駐することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 14.2つの電子コンポーネントを相互接続する方法において、 上記2つの電子コンポーネントのうちの一方の1つの表面から延伸する上記 相互接続要素に、先端構造を実装するステップと、 上記一方の電子コンポーネントの上記先端構造を、上記2つの電子コンポー ネントのうちの他方上の対応する端子に対して押し当てるステップと、 を含むことを特徴とする方法。 15.前記一方の電子コンポーネントは、半導体素子であることを特徴とする、請 求項14に記載の方法。 16.前記一方の電子コンポーネントは、印刷回路基板であることを特徴とする、 請求項14に記載の方法。 17.電子コンポーネントへの後続する取り付けのために、伸長相互 接続要素を製造する方法において、 犠牲基板の1つの表面上の複数の選択された領域に、複数の伸長相互接続要 素を実装するステップと、 上記犠牲基板を除去するステップと、 を含むことを特徴とする方法。 18.前記犠牲基板を除去するステップの前に、1つの電子コンポーネントに、前 記伸長相互接続要素の自由端を取り付けるステップを更に含む、請求項17に記 載の方法。 19.前記伸長相互接続要素を実装するステップの前に、前記選択された領域にお いて、先端構造を製造するステップを更に含む、請求項17に記載の方法。 20.前記伸長相互接続要素は、複合相互接続要素である、請求項17に記載の方 法。 21.前記伸長相互接続要素は、モノリシック相互接続要素である、請求項17に 記載の方法。 22.複数の伸長相互接続要素を製造する方法において、 各々が1つの先端を有する、複数の伸長相互接続要素を予備製造するステッ プと、 犠牲基板上に複数の先端構造を予備製造するステップと、 該先端構造を上記伸長相互接続要素の先端に連結するステップと、 上記犠牲基板を除去するステップと、 を含む方法。 23.前記犠牲基板は金属のシートからなる、請求項22に記載の方法。 24.前記犠牲基板はシリコンウェーハからなる、請求項22に記載の方法。 25.前記伸長相互接続要素は、複合相互接続要素である、請求項22に記載の方 法。 26.前記伸長相互接続要素は、モノリシック相互接続要素である、請求項22に 記載の方法。 27.復元性のある相互接続要素を製造する方法において、 犠牲基板に伸長要素を実装するステップと、 該伸長要素を、ばね形状を有するように成形するステップと、 上記犠牲基板を除去するステップと、 を含む方法。 28.前記伸長要素に保護膜を施すステップを更に含む、請求項27に記載の方法 。
