Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体流出開口(12)と、同液体流出開口(12)に付随し、かつ案内壁( 5)を含む精密分配器(3)とを有するカラム用液体分配装置(1)において、 各精密分配器(3)は案内壁(5)に連通する板状エレメント(4)を有し、前 記案内壁(5)に対する板状エレメント(4)の連通は同板状エレメント(4) の周縁(40)及び案内壁(5)の間に分配及び流出領域(45)を形成する複 数の毛細管開口からなる連通チェーンを通じて行い、前記連通チェーンは水平面 内に位置する閉鎖曲線に沿って延び、各流出開口(12)は所定量の液体を対応 する精密分配器(3)内へ供給可能にする絞り開口である液体分配装置。 2.前記案内壁(5)はフォイル材からなる請求項1に記載の液体分配装置。 3.前記フォイル材は前記分配及び流出領域(45)の少なくとも一方の側面に 格子状に配置された凹部及び凸部を含む表面構造(50)を有する請求項1また は2に記載の液体分配装置。 4.前記フォイル材の表面はエンボス加工により成形されている請求項3に記載 の液体分配装置。 5.前記板状エレメント(4)の周縁(40)は前記分配及び流出領域(45) に凹部及び凸部(41,42,43)を有する請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に 記載の液体分配装置。 6.前記隆起部、即ち凸部の先端及び凹部、即ち通路の基底の間の高さの違いは 0.05〜1.5mm、好ましくは0.3〜0.6mmの範囲に属する請求項3 乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の液体分配装置。 7.前記板状エレメント(4)は容易に濡れ得る液体案内面を有する請求項1乃 至6のいずれか一項に記載の液体分配装置。 8.第1の絞り開口(12)に隣接して少なくとも1つの第2の絞り開口(12 ’)が各精密分配器に付随しており、前記第2の絞り開口(12’)は第1の絞 り開口(12)とは異なる高さに形成されている請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項 に記載の液体分配装置。 9.前記板状エレメント(4)は円形または楕円形をなし、かつ約10cmの直 径を有する請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の液体分配装置。 10.前記各板状エレメント(4)は角の無い外形線を有し、同外形線の曲率半 径は約5mmより大きいことが好ましい請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の 液体分配装置。 11.前記板状エレメント(4)の外形線は凸領域及び凹領域を有する請求項1 0に記載の液体分配装置。 12.前記各板状エレメント(4)は折り返しエッジ(47)を備えた少なくと も1つの開口(46)を有する請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の液体分 配装置。 13.前記板状エレメント(4)は連通部材(2)を通じて分配通路(11)に 連通されており、前記絞り開口(12)を分配通路の壁または底部に形成し、分 配される液体を前記連通部材を通じて板状エレメントまで案内できるように前記 絞り開口を連通部材に対して位置決めした請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記 載の液体分配装置。 14.前記各板状エレメント(4)を管状連通部材(2)を通じて分配通路(1 1)に連通し、前記管状連通部材(2)の壁に形成された少なくとも1つの孔( 12,12’)が絞り開口である請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の液体 分配装置。 15.請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の液体分配装置を有するカラムで あって、前記精密分配器(3)は特別な形状を有し、さらに精密分配器(3)は 案内壁(5)上に形成された複数の滴下ポイントをカラム横断面全体にわたって 広く均一に分布させるように同精密分配器(3)の形状に基づいて配置されてい るカラム。
