Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.注射針のない注射器であって、 長尺のノズル(5)にして、その上流側端部には該ノズルと軸方向に整列して 開放端部を有するカプセル室(19)が形成されて使用時には該室が治療薬剤の 粒子を包含する軟壁のカプセル(19A)を密に収容するように構成された、ノ ズル(5)と、 前記カプセル室の上流側端部に位置して該室内の前記カプセルの上流側端部を 穿通する穿通手段(21)と、 前記カプセルの穿通後、前記粒子を付勢してカプセルの下流側端部を経てカプ セル室の下流側開放端部を通過させ以て該粒子を乗せて運ぶ超音波ガス流をノズ ル(5)内に形成するに充分なガス圧を供給する加圧手段(12)と、 を備えた、 ことを特徴とする注射器。 2.ゼラチン状の壁を有すると共にドーム形の端部を有する略円筒状のカプセル (19A)を収容する、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の注射器。 3.前記カプセル室(19)が、前記ノズルの軸線に垂直に分割された二つの別 個の壁部(17、18)内に形成されている、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の注射器。 4.前記室(19)の前記二つの壁部(17、18)が、取り外し可能な接続部 (6)を介して相互に連結される注射器の二つの部分(4、5)を組み付けるこ とにより、接合される、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項記載の注射器。 5.前記カプセルの上流側端部を穿通する手段が、カプセル室(19)の上流側 端部からカプセル室(19)内に突出するカッタ(21)である、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲前記各項のいずれか一項に記載の注射器。 6.前記二つの壁部(17、18)が、カプセルを中心として軸方向に一緒に引 き寄せられるように構成されており、該二つの壁部が一緒に引き寄せられると前 記カッタ(21)がカプセルの上流側端部を穿通するように構成されている、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項又は第4項に従属して第5項記載の注射器 。 7.更に、 前記カプセル室(19)の下流側端部に、該室内のカプセル(19A)の下流 側端部を穿通する手段(21A)を備えた、 ことを特徴とする前記請求の範囲のいずれか一項に記載の注射器。 8.前記カプセル(19A)が、弱化部(23)を備え、これにより、必要なガ ス圧が加わると、カプセルの下流側端部が容易に破れ、カプセルを通りノズル( 5)に沿った流れが形成されるようにした、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に従属して第3項乃至第6項のいずれか一 項に記載の注射器。 9.前記カプセル室(19)とノズル(5)との間の相互連結が、更に、ノズル の軸線を横断して延びて破断可能な隔膜により、閉鎖されている、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第7項のいずれか一項に記載の注射器 。 10.前記請求の範囲の各項のいずれか一項に記載の注射器に使用され るカプセル(19A)であって、 ゼラチン状の壁を有すると共にドーム形の端部を有する略円筒状であって、粉 末薬剤の粒子を含む、 ことを特徴とするカプセル。 11.一方の端部に弱くて容易に破断可能な部分を形成した、 ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項記載のカプセル。
