Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.染色された織物の表面の色の濃さにおける漂白された外観を提供する方法 であって、水性媒質中、染色された織物を、フェノール酸化酵素系及び以下の式 により表される強化剤: {式中、式Aは、基、例えば、−D,−CH=CH−D,−CH=CH−CH=CH−D,− CH=N−D,−N=N−D、又は−N=CH−Dであり、ここで、Dは、−CO−E ,−SO2−E,−N−XY、及び−N+−XYZ から成る群から選ばれ、ここで、Eは 、−H,−OH,−R、又は−ORであることができ、そしてXとYとZは、同一又 は相違してもよく、そして−H及び−Rから成る群から選ばれることができ;こ こで、Rは、C1−C16アルキル、好ましくは、C1−C8アルキルであることが でき、ここで、アルキルは、飽和又は不飽和、分枝又は非分枝であることができ 、そして場合により、カルボキシ、スルホ又はアミノ基で置換されることができ ;そしてBとCは、同一又は相違してもよく、そしてCmH2m+1;1≦m≦5か ら選ばれることができる。}と接触させることを含む方法。 2.請求項1に記載の方法であって、その織物が、バット染料、例えば、イン ジゴ又はチオインジゴにより染色されたような方法。 3.請求項1又は2に記載の方法であって、その織物が、セルロース系織物又 はセルロース系織物の混合物あるいは、セルロース系織物と合成織物の混合物で あるような方法。 4.請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、その織物が、デニム 、好ましくは、インジゴ又はチオインジゴにより染色されたデニムであるような 方法。 5.請求項1に記載の方法であって、そのフェノール酸化酵素系が、ペルオキ シダーゼ及び過酸化水素源であるような方法。 6.請求項5に記載の方法であって、そのペルオキシダーゼが、西洋ワサビ・ ペルオキシダーゼ、大豆ペルオキシダーゼ又はコプリナス(Coprinus)、例えば 、C.シネレウス(C .cinereus)又はC.マクロリザス(C .macrorhizus)、又 はバチルス(Bacillus)、例えば、B.プミラス(B .pumilus)、又はミクソコ ッカス(Myxococcus)、例えば、M.ビレッセンス(M .virescens)由来のペル オキシダーゼ酵素であるような方法。 7.請求項5又は6に記載の方法であって、その過酸化水素源が、過酸化水素 又は過酸化水素前駆体、例えば、過ホウ酸塩又は過炭酸塩、又は過酸化水素生成 酵素系、例えば、オキシダーゼ及びその基質、又は過酸化カルボン酸又はその塩 であるような方法。 8.請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、その水性媒質が、H2 O2又は0.001〜25mM H2O2に対応する濃度においてH2O2のための前駆体を含むよ うな方法。 9.請求項1に記載の方法であって、そのフェノール酸化酵素系が、酸素と共 にあるラッカーゼ又はラッカーゼ関連酵素であるような方法。 10.請求項9に記載の方法であって、そのラッカーゼが、トラメテス(Tramet es )、例えば、トラメテス・ビローサ(Trametes villosa)、又はコプリナス(Coprinus )、例えば、コペリナス・シネレウス(Coprinus cinereus)、又はミセ リオフトーラ(Mycelio phthora)、例えば、M.サーモフィリア(M .thermophili a) 由来であ るような方法。 11.請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、そのフェノール酸化 酵素の濃度が、0.001〜10000 μg酵素タンパク質/gデニムに一致するような 方法。 12.請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、その強化剤が、アセ トシリンゴン(acetosyringone)、メチルシリンゲート(methyl syringate)、 エチルシリンゲート(ethyl syringate)、プロピルシリンゲート(propyl syri ngate)、ブチルシリンゲート(butyl syringate)、ヘキシルシリンゲート(hexy l syringate)、及びオクチルシリンゲート(octyl syringate)から成る群に属す るような方法。 13.請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、その水性媒質中の強 化剤が、0.005〜1000μモル/gデニムの濃度で存在するような方法。
