Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.セルロースパルプウールの基礎材料(437、439)と、付加的に、接 着剤(442、440、443)でセルロースパルプウール(437、439) に接着した結合剤(439、440、441)とを含んでなる断熱製品であって 、結合剤がビスコース繊維であり、接着剤もセルロース基礎材料からなることを 特徴とする断熱製品。 2.断熱製品の結合剤として用いられるビスコース繊維がビスコースヤーン、 ビスコースメッシュ、または、接着剤として用いるビスコースグルーを乾燥した ビスコース繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の断熱製品。 3.断熱製品の製造に用いるセルロース基礎接着剤がビスコースグルー、cm cグルーなどである請求項1または2に記載の断熱製品。 4.断熱製品が2つの広い側面(431、432)及び4つのより小さい端面 (433−436)を有する平らな断熱板(430)であり、断熱板(430) が結合剤として、端面(433−436)間に側面の方向をもつ最低2枚のビス コースメッシュ(439、441)を含み、断熱製品が前記最低2枚のビスコー スメッシュ(439、441)間にセルロースパルプウール(437、438) を含み、接着剤(442)がビスコースメッシュ(439)とセルロースパルプ ウール(437)の間に供給され、ビスコース繊維(450、440)が好適に はビスコースメッシュ(439、441)間のセルロースパルプウール(437 、439)にも供給されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載 の断熱製品。 5.断熱材が建築部材(100)内に形成される断熱材(130)であり、断 熱材(130)が建築部材(100)と断熱材(130)との間に接着部位(4 00)を含み、前記接着部位が接着剤(240)によって形成されることを特徴 とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の断熱製品。 6.断熱製品の基礎材料がセルロースパルプウール(437、438)から形 成され、やはりこの方法に用いられる接着剤(442、440、443)でセル ロースパルプウールと接着する結合剤(439、440、441)を用いて断熱 材を製造するという断熱製品の製造方法において、断熱製品の製造にビスコース 繊維を結合剤として用い、セルロース基礎接着剤材料を接着剤として用いること を特徴とする断熱製品の製造方法。 7.接着剤としてビスコースグルー、cmcグルーなどを用いることを特徴と する請求項6に記載の製造方法。 8.断熱材が断熱すべき用途に平らな均質層として分布し −分布している断熱材(2、33)を圧縮空気によって空気透過面、例え ばビスコースガーゼ(11)及び/またはワイヤー(4、38)などに広げ、そ の下に負圧を生ぜしめ、それは断熱材(2、33)を一様に分配し、断熱材(2 、33)の繊維間に圧縮力と摩擦を生み出すことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の 製造方法。 9.上方及び下方ビスコースガーゼ(19、11)などを供給するコンベヤー として配設された上方及び下方スクリーンコンベヤー(21、6)を有する装置 を用いることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の製造方法。 10.前記負圧が脈動して断熱材(2、33)の施工を高めることを特徴とす る請求項8に記載の製造方法。 11.−調節可能の垂直位置をもつ調節手段、好適には回転ブラシなど、で断 熱層の厚さを調節し、前記調節手段(17、44)によって断熱材(2、33) を離散させるかまたは断熱層を前記調節手段で均すことを特徴とする請求項8に 記載の製造方法。 12.接着剤とそれに接着した表面層、例えばビスコースガーゼ(11、19 )などを含んでなる断熱層(18)が、それらを通過する乾燥及び/または加熱 空気によって乾燥することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の製造方法。 13.断熱板(30)の空気乾燥が閉鎖循環ループ(24、25、26、27 、28、29)を形成することを特徴とする請求項12に記載の製造方法。 14.断熱材の上面を圧縮するために、余分の厚さを残し、それをワイヤー、 空気圧、シート/スラブなどの方法により圧縮してコンパクトにすることを特徴 とする請求項8に記載の製造方法。 15.平らな断熱板(430)が工程において生産され、ビスコース繊維から なるビスコースメッシュ(439、441)が結合剤として用いられ、その工程 では第1ビスコースメッシュ(439)が断熱材の生産ラインに置かれ、接着剤 (440)及びセルロースパルプウール(437)がこのメッシュの上に置かれ 、このてっぺんに再度接着剤が塗布され、その上に第2のビスコースメッシュ( 441)が適用されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。 16.接着剤及びビスコース繊維(450、440)がセルロースパルプウー ル(437)と混合され、混合したセルロースパルプウールをビスコースメッシ ュ(439、441)間に置くことを特徴とする請求項15に記載9製造方法。 17.建築部材などを断熱する方法において、断熱材(33)の供給装置(3 2、47)、送風機(32、40、45)、台(36、49)、供給漏斗(34 )及びワイヤーメンバー(38)を含んでなる装置を用い、台(36)上で組み 立てた部材のフレーム(35)をワイヤーメンバー(37)にフィットさせ、ワ イヤーメンバーの下方の吸込箱(39)の負圧が断熱材を分配し、その負圧は導 管(41)に配設された回転バルブ(42)及び低圧室(43)によって脈動す るように調節されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の製造方法。 18.供給漏斗(34)が上に持ち上がり、ワイヤーメンバー(37)がジョ ィント(48)と連結し、ワイヤーメンバーを台(49)上回転し、底部シート 及び蓋を部材フレーム(35)に取り付けることができる装置を用いることを特 徴とする請求項17に記載の製造方法。
