Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの内層フィルム層を備えたアルコール性または非アルコール 性のアネトール含有飲料を入れるパッケージであって、前記パッケージの内層フ ィルムが芳香族単位を含有するポリアミドフィルムから構成されることを特徴と するパッケージ。 2.該ポリアミドフィルムが、ASTM D570 に従って測定した吸水率(water abso rption)が8%以下、ASTM D570 に従って測定した吸水度(water uptake)が5 %以下のものである、請求の範囲第1項記載のパッケージ。 3.該ポリアミドフィルムが20℃および0%RHでの酸素透過率(cc 20 m/m2 day atom)が4以下のものである、請求の範囲第1項記載のパッケージ。 4.該フィルムが、メタキシリレンジアミンとアジピン酸との重縮合により得ら れるポリアミドである、請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項のいずれか1項に記載の パッケージ。 5.該飲料が非アルコール性または弱アルコール性である請求の範囲第1項記載 のパッケージ。 6.該飲料のアルコール含有量が10vol%以下である請求の範囲第5項記載のパ ッケージ。 7.該飲料のアルコール含有量が3〜9vol%である請求の範囲第6項記載のパ ッケージ。 8.該アルコール性または非アルコール性水系飲料が0.01〜2g/L のアネトール を含有する請求の範囲第1項記載のパッケージ。 9.該アルコール性または非アルコール性水系飲料が0.02〜2g/L のアネトール を含有する請求の範囲第8項記載のパッケージ。 10.該フィルムの厚みが10〜100 μmの範囲内である、前記各項のいずれか1項 に記載のパッケージ。 11.該フィルムの厚みが20〜80μmである請求の範囲第10項記載のパッケージ。 12.外層の構造層と芳香族単位を含有するポリアミドフィルムからなる内層フィ ルム層とを備えた、請求の範囲第1項記載のパッケージ。 13.外層がポリマー製である請求の範囲第12項記載のパッケージ。 14.外層がポリエステル類およびポリオレフィン類よりなる群から選ばれる請求 の範囲第13項記載のパッケージ。 15.外層がポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリプロピレン、およびポリエチレン よりなる群から選ばれる請求の範囲第14項記載のパッケージ。 16.外層が金属製である請求の範囲第12項記載のパッケージ。 17.外層がカートン製である請求の範囲第12項記載のパッケージ。 18.バインダーからなる中間層を備えた請求の範囲第12項ないし第17項のいずれ か1項に記載のパッケージ。 19.ボトルの形態の請求の範囲第12項ないし第15項または第18項のいずれか1項 に記載のパッケージ。 20.前記各項のいずれかに記載のパッケージを閉鎖する手段であって、該パッケ ージの開口部に当たる部位に芳香族単位を含有するポリアミドフィルムからなる 内層フィルム層を備えていることを特徴とする前記閉鎖手段。 21.円筒形キャップからなり、その内部の該パッケージの開口部に当たる部位に 芳香族単位を含有するポリアミドフィルムからなる内層フィルム層が組み込まれ ている、請求の範囲第20項記載の閉鎖手段。 22.弱アルコール性アネトール含有溶液と接触するパッケージの製造にパッケー ジ壁面との接触によるアネトールの損失を抑制するためにポリマーフィルムを使 用する方法において、このポリマーフィルムが、請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項 、第10項および第11項のいずれか1項に記載の芳香族単位を含有するポリアミド からなるフィルムであることを特徴とする方法。 23.ポリマー材料製のパッケージの壁面との接触により弱アルコール性溶液中に 存在するアネトールの損失を抑制することを意図した方法であって、該アネトー ル含有溶液と接触するポリマー材料製の壁面を、請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項 、第10項および第11項のいずれか1項に記載のポリアミドとすることからなる方 法。
