Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a) Voxを3.825〜4.175の範囲に維持するように酸素の水準を同時にかつ 連続的に制御しつつ、水和されたV/P/OまたはV/P/O−SiO2触媒前駆体 を脱水するのに十分な時間にわたっ (b) Voxを3.95〜4.15の範囲に維持するように酸素の水準を同時にかつ連 続的に制御しつつ、0.020気圧を越えない分圧でn−ブタンを含有するガス雰囲 気の存在で、340〜500℃の範囲でさらに加熱することにより、工程(a)の脱水さ れた触媒前駆体を活性化する 工程からなる、活性および選択性の高いV/P/O触媒を製造する方法。 れる請求項1記載の方法。 3.得られるV/P/O触媒を乾燥雰囲気内で冷却しそして活性化された触媒を 回収する工程をさらに含む請求項1記載の方法。 される請求項2記載の方法。 6.活性化が約460℃で実施される請求項2記載の方法。 7.活性化が約0.016気圧のn−ブタン分圧において実施される請求項2記載の 方法。
