Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 イオン化した有効成分のための、2つの実質的に平行な面を有するリザーバ (3)と、このリザーバ(3)の一方の面及び患者の皮膚(6)にそれぞれ電気 的に接触する第1及び第2の電極(1)及び(2)とを包含し、前記リザーバ( 3)の他方の面が、第2の電極(2)が当接している患者の皮膚(6)の部位か ら離れて位置する患者の皮膚(6)の部位に当てがわれるようにされており、か つ患者の皮膚(6)下への有効成分の流れの通過を助力するために第1と第2の 電極(1)、(2)間に電流を選択的に通す手段(5)を包含している型式の、 医薬品の経皮吸収投与のためのイオン浸透療法装置において、更に、a)導電性 材料で作られて前記リザーバ(3)の他方の面に配設され、患者の皮膚(6)に 当てがわれる制御グリッド(11)と、b)所定の時間間隔の間中、助力電流を 遮断すると共に、前記制御グリッド(11)と第1の電極(1)との間に逆方向 の電流を通し、消失しなければ患者の皮膚下に通ってしまう有効成分のイオンの 受動流れを前記逆電流で減少又は実質的に停止させるようにする制御手段(10 ,9,13)とを包含することを特徴とするイオン浸透療法装置。 2 請求項1記載の装置において、前記制御手段(10,13)が、前記所定の時 間間隔の始めから開始してこの時間間隔の一部分の間、制御グリッド(11)と 第 1の電極(1)との間に逆電流を生じさせることを特徴とする装置。 3 請求項2記載の装置において、前記制御手段(10)が、前記所定の時間間隔 の前記一部分の時間長さを変える手段と、加えられる逆電流の強さを変える手段 とを包含することを特徴とする装置。 4 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、前記第1の電極(1) と制御グリッド(11)との間に生じせしめた電圧と、これらの間に流れる電流 の強さとに感応し、それらからリザーバに残っている有効成分の量を推測する手 段を包含することを特徴とする装置。 5 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、有効成分の第2のリザ ーバと第2の制御グリッドとが前記第2の電極(2)と組み合せられ、患者の皮 膚下に、前記第2のリザーバからの有効成分の流れを選択的に確立すると共に、 前記第2の電極から第1の電極へ通過する助力電流の休止期間中に受動流れを選 択的に遮断することを特徴とする装置。 6 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、前記制御グリッドが導 電性金属から成ることを特徴とする装置。 7 請求項6記載の装置において、前記導電性金属が第1の電極(1)を構成す る金属と電気化学的な結合を形成するものに選択されて、休止期間中の有効成分 のイオンの遮断を増強することを特徴とする装置。 8 請求項6記載の装置において、前記制御グリッドに配設されて、患者の皮膚 への金属イオンの移行を防止するイオン交換膜を包含することを特徴とする装置 。 9 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、前記有効成分がNaC lの溶液によってリザーバの中に注入されていると共に、前記制御グリッドがC l-イオンでめっきされた銀から成ることを特徴とする装置。 10 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置において、前記制御グリッドが、 導電性材料で被覆された、ポリマー材料のオープンワーク構造のフィルムから成 ることを特徴とする装置。 11 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置の一部分を形成する廃棄及び取 外し可能なアセンブリであって、第1及び第2の電極(1)及び(2)と、これ ら電極の一方に取付けられて有効成分の溶液を保持することができる少なくとも ひとつのリザーバ(3)と、このリザーバに取付けられた少なくともひとつの制 御グリッド(11)と、助力電流、逆電流及びこれらの電流を制御する手段(1 0)への電流を供給する電源(8)とを包含することを特徴とするアセンブリ。
