Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.高強度を有する非磁性ステンレス鋼合金の用途であって、 C: 0.05〜0.25 Si: 0.1〜1.5 Mn: 3.5〜7.5 Cr: 17〜21 Ni: 6〜10 N: 0.10〜0.50、及び 残部: Fe及び不可避的不純物を重量%で実質的に含有し、 超伝導磁石構成部材の製造材料として低温度で低透磁率及び良好な熱収縮値に 関する要求を満足する高強度を有する非磁性ステンレス鋼合金の用途。 2.前記合金が、17〜19%のCr及び7〜10%のNiを含有することを 特徴とする請求項1記載の非磁性ステンレス鋼合金の用途。 3.合金化元素の含有量が次の条件式、 Cr等量=Cr+Mo+1.15Si=16〜22 Ni等量=Ni+30C+0.5Mn+25N=16〜22 を満足して調整されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の非磁性ステンレ ス鋼合金の用途。 4.合金化元素の含有量が次の条件式、 Cr等量=Cr+Mo+1.5Si+0.5Nb=18〜20 Ni等量=Ni+30C+0.5Mn+25N=18〜20 を満足して調整されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の非 磁性ステンレス鋼合金の用途。
