Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. スパンデックスの粘着性を減少させそして塩素抵抗性を増加させるために 有効な量の、スパンデックス中に分散されたフンタイト及びヒドロマグネサイト の鉱物混合物の粒子、を含有するスパンデックス。 2. 前記鉱物混合物の粒子が、スパンデックスの1.5〜5重量%の範囲内の 濃度で存在する、請求の範囲第1項記載のスパンデックス。 3. 前記鉱物混合物の粒子の濃度が、スパンデックスの2〜4重量%の範囲内 にある、請求の範囲第2項記載のスパンデックス。 4. 前記フンタイトが、フンタイト及びヒドロマグネサイトの鉱物混合物の少 なくとも35重量パーセントを構成する、請求の範囲第1項、第2項又は第3項 記載のスパンデックス。 5. 前記鉱物混合物のフンタイトが、鉱物混合物の少なくとも95重量パーセ ントにのぼる、請求の範囲第4項記載のスパンデックス。 6. ポリウレタンのための溶媒中で、スパンデックスをポリウレタン重合体の 溶液から乾式紡糸するための方法であって、 溶媒中のフンタイト及びヒドロマグネサイトの鉱物混合物の粒子、並びに場合 によっては他の通常の粒状及び非粒状添加物、の濃厚スラリーを生成すること、 ただし該粒子はスラリーの総重量の10〜40%にのぼり、そしてフンタイト/ ヒドロマグネサイト混合物中のフンタイトの重量パーセントは少なくとも35% であり、 該濃厚スラリーを微粉砕して、粒子凝結体及び凝集体を粉砕しそして平均粉末 度を1ミクロン未満に減少させること、 紡糸されるフィラメント重量の1.5〜5%に相当するフンタイト/ヒドロマ グネサイト粒子の濃度をもたらすのに十分な量の、濃厚スラリ ーを、ポリウレタン溶液中に取り込むこと、そして 該溶液を乾式紡糸してフィラメントとすること を含んでなる方法。
