Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 腫瘍特異的抗原もしくはその断片を発現することが可能なリステリア モノサイトゲネス(Listeria monocytogenes)の組換え 体を含むワクチンの有効量を癌を有する宿主に投与することを含む、宿主におい て腫瘍特異的抗原に対する免疫応答を誘導させる方法。 2. リステリア モノサイトゲネス(Listeria monocyto genes )の組換え体が、腫瘍特異的抗原bcr/abl、HPVE6、E7 、MZ2−E、MAGE−1、もしくはMVC−1を発現することが可能である 、請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 3. ワクチンが経口的に投与される、請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 4. 宿主において腫瘍特異的抗原に対する免疫応答を誘導するための、腫瘍 特異的抗原もしくはその断片を発現することが可能なリステリア モノサイトゲ ネス(Listeria monocytogenes)の組換え体を含むワク チンの使用。 5. リステリア モノサイトゲネス(Listeria monocyto genes )の組換え体が腫瘍特異的抗原bcr/abl、HPVE6、E7、 MZ2−E、MAGE−1、もしくはMVC−1を発現することが可能である、 請求の範囲4に記載の使用。 6. 腫瘍特異的抗原もしくはその断片を発現することが可能なリステリア モノサイトゲネス(Listeria monocytogenes)の組換え 体を含む、腫瘍特異的抗原に対する免疫応答を誘導するためのワクチン。 7. 薬剤学的に許容される賦形剤を更に含む、請求の範囲6に記載のワクチ ン。 8. リステリア モノサイトゲネス(Listeria monocyto genes )の組換え体が腫瘍特異的抗原bcr/abl、HPVE6、E7、 MZ2−E、MAGE−1、もしくはMVC−1を発現することが可能である、 請求の範囲6に記載のワクチン。 9. ある腫瘍特異的抗原もしくはその断片を発現することが可能なリステリ ア モノサイトゲネス(Listeria monocytogenes)の組 換え体を含むワクチンの有効量を宿主に投与することを含む、宿主内での腫瘍の 形成を抑制する方法。 10. リステリア モノサイトゲネス(Listeria monocyto genes )の組換え体が腫瘍特異的抗原bcr/abl、HPVE6、E7、 MZ2−E、MAGE−1、もしくはMVC−1を発現することが可能である、 請求の範囲9に記載の方法。 11. 腫瘍が白血病である、請求の範囲10に記載の方法。 12. 腫瘍が子宮頸癌である、請求の範囲10に記載の方法。 13. 腫瘍が黒色腫である、請求の範囲10に記載の方法。 14. 腫瘍が乳癌である、請求の範囲10に記載の方法。 15. 腫瘍が膵臓癌である、請求の範囲10に記載の方法。
