Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.複合形状物上に熱可塑性プラスチック材料を押し出す方法において、 (a)2つ以上の側面を持つ複合形状物を押出ダイの中央孔の中へ通す工程で あって、該中央孔が前記複合形状物に沿って前記押出ダイを動かすことができる 形状を有している工程、 (b)前記押出ダイを介して少なくとも1種の熱可塑性プラスチック材料の押 出しを行って、前記複合形状物の各側面に同時に前記熱可塑性プラスチック材料 を被着させる工程、及び (c)前記複合形状物の全長に沿って前記押出ダイを移動させる工程 を含んでいることを特徴とする方法。 2.前記複合形状物が発電機固定子バーである請求項1記載の方法。 3.前記中央孔は円錐形状であって、狭端部、広端部、及び該狭端部に設けら れた、少なくとも1つのプラスチック流を生じるための少なくとも1つの出口を 有しており、前記複合形状物が前記狭端部から前記広端部の方へ前記中央孔内を 移動する請求項1記載の方法。 4.前記中央孔は複数のプラスチック流を生じるための複数の出口を有してい る請求項3記載の方法。 5.前記押出ダイが前記複合形状物に沿って移動するとき前記複合形状物を不 動の状態に保持する手段によって、前記複合形状物が支持されている請求項1記 載の方法。 6.前記押出ダイが前記複合形状物に沿って移動するとき前記押出ダイに対し て前記複合形状物を動かすための手段によって、前記複合形状物が支持されてい る請求項1記載の方法。 7.前記押出ダイがロボット手段によって前記複合形状物の長さに沿って移動 させられる請求項1記載の方法。 8.複合形状物に絶縁体を設けるための装置において、 (a)中央孔を持つ押出ダイであって、該中央孔がその中へ複数の側面を持つ 複合形状物を通すことができ、且つ前記複合形状物に沿って当該押出ダイを移動 させることができる形状を有している押出ダイ、 (b)前記複合形状物の長さに沿って前記押出ダイを移動させる手段、及び (c)前記押出ダイに可撓性結合手段を介して接続された少なくとも1つの押 出機を 含んでいることを特徴とする装置。 9.前記複合形状物が発電機固定子バーである請求項8記載の装置。 10.前記中央孔は円錐形状であって、狭端部、広端部、及び該狭端部に設け られた、複数のプラスチック流を生じるための複数の出口を有しており、前記複 合形状物が前記狭端部から前記広端部の方へ前記中央孔内を移動する請求項8記 載の装置。 11.前記押出ダイが前記複合形状物に沿って移動するとき前記複合形状物を 不動の状態に保持する手段によって、前記複合形状物が支持されている請求項8 記載の装置。 12.前記押出ダイが前記複合形状物に沿って移動するとき前記押出ダイに対 して前記複合形状物を動かすための手段によって、前記複合形状物が支持されて いる請求項8記載の装置。 13.前記押出ダイがロボット手段によって前記複合形状物の長さに沿って移 動させられる請求項8記載の装置。 14.更に、溶融プラスチックの温度及び圧力に耐えることのできる可撓性結 合手段によって前記押出ダイに取り付けられた少なくとも1つの押出機を含んで いる請求項8記載の装置。 15.更に、溶融プラスチックの温度及び圧力に耐えることのできる可撓性結 合手段によって前記押出ダイに取り付けられた複数の押出機を含んでいる請求項 8記載の装置。 16.少なくとも1種の熱可塑性プラスチック材料を複合形状物上に押し出す ための押出ダイにおいて、複合形状物の長さに沿って当該押出ダイを動かすこと のできる形状を持つ中央孔を含んでいることを特徴とする押出ダイ。 17.前記中央孔は円錐形状であって、狭端部、広端部、及び該狭端部に設け られた、少なくとも1つのプラスチック流を生じるための少なくとも1つの出口 を有しており、前記複合形状物が前記狭端部から前記広端部の方へ前記中央孔内 を移動する請求項16記載の押出ダイ。 18.前記中央孔は更に、複数のプラスチック流を生じるための複数の出口を 有している請求項17記載の押出ダイ。 19.発電装置用の固定子バーにおいて、その複数の側面の各々に押出し形成 された少なくとも1種の熱可塑性プラスチック材料を有することを特徴とする固 定子バー。 20.前記熱可塑性プラスチック材料がポリエーテルイミドである請求項19 に記載の固定子バー。 21.更に、複数の側面の各々に押出し形成された複数の熱可塑性プラスチッ ク材料を有する請求項19に記載の固定子バー。
