Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.光ビームを浮遊する粒子(3)を含むキャリヤ媒体中の散乱光中心(2)に 向ける少なくとも一つの光源(8,9,10,11,12)と、散乱光中心で発 生した散乱光の一部に対する受光装置(4)と、受光装置(4)に後続配置され た評価装置(16)とを備え、キャリヤ媒体中に懸濁する粒子(3)による光散 乱を測定する装置において、引き延ばして形成されている検出室を設け、この検 出室がハウジング(1)の壁により中心軸に対して半径方向に仕切られ、このハ ウジング(1)が同時に粒子(3)を含むキャリヤ媒体を通す導管を形成し、光 源(8,9,10,11,12)をハウジング(13)の壁に配置し、検出室の 中心軸へ向け、散乱光中心(2)が検出室の中心軸の周りの領域に形成され、受 光装置(4)が検出室の中心軸に同軸の軸(5)を備え、受光装置(4)の視角 が散乱光中心(2)を取り囲むハウジング(1)の壁を捕捉しないように、受光 装置(4)に絞り装置(6,7)が付属していることを特徴とする装置。 2.受光装置(4)の視角は検出室の中心軸の周りの狭い範囲のみを捕捉するこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 3.絞り装置には引き延ばして形成された受光装置のハウジング(6)と多数の 絞り(7)があり、受光装置は受光装置のハウジング(6)の一方の端部に、ま た絞り(7)は受光装置のハウジング(6)に対して他方の端部まで配分して配 置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の装置。 4.ハウジング(1)は円管部分(13)で形成されていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1〜3項の何れか1項に記載の装置。 5.ハウジング(1)の壁に対して配分して配置されている多数の光源(8,9 ,10,11,12)が設けてあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜4項の何 れか1項に記載の装置。 6.少なくとも二つの光源(8,9,10,12)は検出室と受光装置(4)の 共通の軸(5)に対して異なった角度にして指向されていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第5項に記載の装置。 7.少なくとも二つの光源(8,9,10,11,12)は共通の散乱光中心( 4)へ指向されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項または第6項に記載の 装置。 8.波長の異なった光ビームを放射する少なくとも二つの光源(8,9,10, 11,12)が設けてあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜7項の何れか1項 に記載の装置。 9.光源(8,9,10,11,12)はパルス化された光ビームを放射し、パ ルス化された光ビームを順次時間経過させ、受光装置(4)の付属信号へ対応さ せる制御装置(15)が設けてあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6〜8項の何 れか1項に記載の装置。 10.光源(8,9,10,11,12)としてレーザーダイオードか発光ダイオ ードが設けてあることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1〜9項の何れか1項に記載の 装置。
