Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ニューロン変性、感染性、外傷性および毒性神経障害、自己免疫タイプの 変性疾患、遺伝病に由来する神経変性疾患、および増殖性疾患の治療において有 用な薬学的組成物または組合せを製造するための、少なくとも1種の単官能性お よび/または多官能性結合体の使用であって、該結合体がポリリシンを一方とし 、かつ他方を次のものから選択される1つまたはそれ以上の分子とするものであ る使用: a) 4ないし24個の炭素原子を有する飽和または不飽和の直鎖または分岐鎖の 脂肪(二)酸類; 蛋白質類を細胞膜に固定するメカニズムに関与する化合物類であって、特に メバロン酸サイクルに関与するもの、特にシステインに結合したイソプレノイド 類であり;並びに コレステロールおよびその誘導体類、特に疎水性ホルモン類; b) ビタミンA、ビタミンC、ビタミンEまたはそれらの誘導体のうちの1つ; 並びに システインおよび式: R1S−R2−CH(NH2)−COOH [式中、R1はHまたはCH3であって、R2はC1〜C3−アルキレンを意味する ]で表されるその誘導体類; c) インドールアルキルアミン類; カテコールアミン類; 式: R3−CH(NH2)−COOH [式中、R3は水素、イミダゾール−2−イルメチル基、カルボキシメチル基ま た はアミノプロピル基を意味する] で表されるアミノ酸類; アミノ(C1〜C5)アルキルスルホン酸またはスルフィン酸類; カルニチンまたはカルノシン; 式: H2N−A−NH2 [式中、Aは(C1〜C6)アルキレンまたは−(CH2)m−NH−B−(CH2 )p−基であり、ここに、mおよびpは、相互に独立して、1ないし5の範囲の 整数であって、Bは存在しないかあるいは−(CH2)n−NH−基であり、nは 1ないし5の範囲の整数である] で表されるジアミン類; アセチルコリン;並びに γ−アミノ酪酸。 2.記憶障害、血管性痴呆、脳炎後障害、脳卒中後障害、頭側外傷による外傷 後症候群、脳酸素欠乏症に由来する障害、アルツハイマー病、老人痴呆、ハンテ イングトン舞踏病およびパーキンソン病のごとき皮質下痴呆、AIDSにより引 き起こされる痴呆、交感神経または知覚神経の罹患または損傷に由来する神経障 害、脳浮腫のごとき脳病、旧小脳変性、ライム病に由来する神経障害、シャルコ ー−マリーツース病、筋萎縮性側索硬化症、多発性硬化症、癲癇、片頭痛、多発 性関節炎、インスリン依存性糖尿病、全身性エリテマトーデス、橋本甲状腺炎、 ホルトン病、皮膚筋炎または多発性筋炎のごとき神経変性障害を呈する疾患、硬 直性脊椎関節炎、HIV感染または癌の治療のために有用な薬学的組成物または 組合せを製造するための請求項1記載の使用。 3.該単官能性結合体がポリリシンと脂肪(二)酸との間の結合体であること を特徴とする請求項1または2記載の使用。 4.該多官能性結合体が二官能性結合体であって、該二官能性結合体を構成す る分子の少なくとも1つが脂肪(二)酸であることを特徴とする請求項1または 2記載の使用。 5.該脂肪(二)酸がミリスチン酸、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、オレイン 酸およびアゼライン酸から選択されることを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の 使用。 6.ポリリシンを一方とし、かつ次のものから選択される分子を他方とするも のの間の多官能性結合体類: 疎水性ホルモン; ビタミンA、ビタミンC、ビタミンEまたはそれらの誘導体類のうちの1種 ; 式: R3−CH(NH2)−COOH [式中、R3は水素、イミダゾール−2−イルメチル基またはアミノプロピル基 を意味する] で表されるアミノ酸; アミノ(C1〜C5)アルキルスルホン酸またはスルフィン酸; カルニチンまたはカルノシン;並びに 式: H2N−A−NH2 [式中、Aは(C1〜C6)アルキレンまたは−(CH2)m−NH−B−(CH2 )p−基であり、ここに、mおよびpは相互に独立して1ないし5の整数であっ て、Bは存在しないかまたは−(CH2)n−NH−基であり、nは1ないし5の 範囲の整数を意味する] で表されるジアミン。 7.一方を次のものから選択される少なくとも2つの分子とし、かつ他方を少 なくとも1つのポリリシン分子とするものの間の多官能性結合体: 4ないし24個の炭素原子を有する飽和または不飽和の、直鎖または分岐鎖 の脂肪(二)酸類; 蛋白質を細胞膜に固定するメカニズムに関与する化合物であって、メバロン 酸サイクルに特に関与するもの、特にシステインに結合したイソプレノイド類; コレステロールおよびその誘導体類、特に疎水性ホルモン類であり; −ビタミンA、ビタミンC、ビタミンEまたはそれらの誘導体類のうちの1種 ; システインおよび式: R1S−R2−CH(NH2)−COOH [式中、R1はHまたはCH3であってR2はC1〜C3アルキレンを意味する] で表されるその誘導体類; インドールアルキルアミン類; カテコールアミン類; 式: R3−CH(NH2)−COOH [式中、R3は水素、イミダゾール−2−イルメチル基、カルボキシメチル基ま たはアミノプロピル基を意味する] で表されるアミノ酸類; アミノ(C1〜C5)アルキルスルホン酸またはスルフィン酸類; カルニチンまたはカルノシン; 式: H2N−A−NH2 [式中、Aは(C1〜C6)アルキレンまたは−(CH2)m−NH−B−(CH2 )p−基、ここに、mおよびpは相互に独立して1ないし5の範囲の整数であっ て、Bは存在しないかあるいは−(CH2)n−NH−基であり、nは1ないし5 の範囲の整数を意味する] で表されるジアミン類; アセチルコリン;並びに γ−アミノ酪酸。 8.二官能性結合体類である請求項7記載の結合体類。 9.請求項6ないし8いずれか1項に規定した少なくとも1種の結合体を含有 する薬学的組成物または組合せ。
